I would like to provide some feedback regarding the receptionist who attended to us during our visit. She was an Indian lady, and if I’m not mistaken, her name was Classy. Unfortunately, she did not greet us warmly as guests, and she did not smile or appear welcoming during our interaction. As a hotel guest, I believe a friendly greeting and a warm smile are important, especially for the front desk staff as they are the first point of contact for guests. I hope the management can kindly remind her to be more welcoming and to greet guests with a smile. I would also appreciate it if this feedback could be conveyed directly to her, so she is aware and can improve her customer service in the future. Thank you for taking my feedback seriously.

Staying at Sunway Putra Hotel felt surprisingly comfortable from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The atmosphere inside is bright and open, with that big dome skylight shining down — it gives the whole place a calm, airy feeling. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly in that effortless way that makes you feel welcomed after a long day.

Really great hotel. Able to check in early. Staffs are all welcoming and helpful. Really appreciate the complimentary room deco and chocolate platter prepared by the hotel for my anniversary. Breakfast is amazing. walking distance to shopping mall and LRT. will surely repeat! Highly recommended
