It was my second visit staying at Grand Mercure Mirama Malang. The room was huge and comfortable. There is small playground and, outdoor playground and swimming pool with waterslide. I got complimentary such as small anniversary cake, welcome fruit and some snacks. The staff was kind and friendly. The location was great. The only thing that need to improve was the hairdryer. It kept turning off when I used it at evening and night. I will go back here again when visit Malang.
