very easy to check in. nice hotel near the hakone yumoto station. just walk around 3 minutes and you'll be there by the hotel. took the room with private onsen. really satisfied with the room facilities.

very scenic place for onsen and sight seeing. the location is walkable from the Hakone-Yumoto train station but you can arrange for pick up once you reach the train station. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too.

Best accommodation through our Japan Autumn family trip ❤️ a bit of an uphill walk to KOWAkidani station of the Hakone Tozan Railway. Love the indoor onsen and infrared sauna! Toiletries, pajamas, and face moisturiser samples. Washing machine with dryer works fine. Scenic mountain view with an outdoor feet soak. Bedroom with two large double beds, and 2 tatami beds near the living room. A coffee capsule each. Lots of complimentary snacks but they weren't able to exchange the wine, alcohol, or meat based snacks. Otherwise there was not much to do so be sure to eat before returning back. I hope KLOOK team please take note that although email reply was prompt, the passcode given was wrong and delayed our check in process. Fortunately we were able to call Reception for the correct one. Check out took some time and they required our passport pictures, but staff was very helpful and guided us through video call from room tablet.
