we loved everything about Sotetsu Grand Fresa! the room, the location, the breakfast!🥹we’ve never had better sleep in a hotel. we even got to see the Kumamoto castle when we woke up. we will be back for sure!

Love this hotel! Strategic location as it’s located just 2-3mins walk to the famous shopping street Shinshigai and also a famous mall called Sakuramachi where you can find a huge Kumamon bear! Staff were super friendly and helpful, they even help us navigate through where and how to park our car. If you’re driving, I suggest you park at the hotel parking because the fees is not much difference from parking outside, besides there’s a staff to assists you. Another thing I’ll like to highlight is their breakfast, cost only 1800JPY for adult and they serve both traditional Japanese breakfast and intercontinental breakfast. Super delicious! I would stay at this hotel again for my next trip!

Similar with my previous review, the hotel is great, with friendly staff and excellent service, but with the only drawback being that the aircon is near to the bathroom so the room is quite hot.

very good hotel and location was 2 mins walk from train station , everything clean and tidy, easy go down level 6 or 7 have different cuisine, I was have a sashimi set valuable and good price, especially have hot spring and sauna ,open till to 0100am, they also provide coffee machine from 6-22pm, anytime can go to take coffee , I will stay again if visit Tue Blossom hotel,
