Fantastic 5.0
just loved Klook tickets, so easy to purchase and redeem. I did on the day as I wasn’t sure of my schedules. make sure if parents don’t play, go to the site to purchase non-active tickets for only RM10. Kids had lots of fun as school day it was not packed.

Fantastic 5.0
Booking through Klook was definitely worth it. The process was quick and hassle-free — we simply scanned the QR code from the app and entered easily. IOI City Farm has a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere. Although the space is relatively small and the variety of animals is limited, my childrens really enjoyed the experience, especially feeding the rabbits and fish. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more educational plants and crops, such as paddy, coconut, or oil palm. This could help children better understand where some of our everyday foods and products come from — for example, how rice comes from paddy and cooking oil can be produced from oil palm. It would make the experience even more engaging and educational for young visitors. Overall, it is a nice place for families with young children and offers a fun introduction to animals and nature.

experience: very nice but ice were melting fast because it was super crowded (school holidays) and i think the entrance limit should be reduced because there was not much room to skate equipment: ok for rental

It was the best. The staff gave me a warm welcome and offered tea first. The treatment was efficient and hit all the right spots, and felt truly meaningful. After the treatment, I was able to take a shower, and it was very clean. They also gave me water after it was over, and I had time to relax. It's been a while since I've been this satisfied. I'm surprised it's only in the 8,000 yen range. I definitely want to come again when I come to Malaysia.

What to know before visiting Sepang

Top experiences and seasonal rhythm

Sepang’s most-booked activities are its theme parks, followed by outdoor and sports activities and nearby zoos and aquariums; demand rises and falls through the year, peaking in July and dipping around March. That makes the city feel busiest in mid-year, with families and groups especially active during the July surge.

Best activities for different traveller types

Families will gravitate to theme parks and zoos & aquariums — big on entertainment and easy to plan for kids. Couples often pick outdoor & sports activities for shared adventures or quieter afternoons at wildlife attractions. Solo travellers and small groups find outdoor & sports activities the most flexible and budget-friendly option, with tours available for those who prefer guided outings.

What travellers from Malaysia tend to book ahead

Most travellers from Malaysia keep plans flexible — typical bookings are made about a day in advance — but the earliest planners still lock things in much earlier, and that matters most in July when demand peaks. If you’re travelling in the peak months, consider reserving popular theme park tickets and sought-after outdoor experiences before you go.

How categories compare on price and fit

Outdoor & sports activities are the cheapest entry point and a good choice for budget-conscious or active travellers, while theme parks sit at a moderate price level and suit families and groups looking for guaranteed entertainment. Zoos & aquariums are mid-priced and appeal to family visitors and animal lovers. Massages are the priciest overall and show the widest range of options, making them the premium pick for travellers seeking relaxation or a splurge.
