The hotel staff are friendly, and you can store luggage and frozen food. There's paid parking available. The overall space is very comfortable, and there are many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The room had a narrow carpeted floor and windows that opened without screens. I'm not sure if it was dusty or if the lighting was off, but I came for the affordable price and ended up with a severe sore throat. My nose and mouth felt dry in the room, and if I opened the window for ventilation, the room temperature dropped even further, making it drier. My throat was scratchy and sore, and it felt like I'd end up spending more on medical bills. This affected my travel plans for the next day. My physical condition was very poor, and the bed was also uncomfortable. Please spend a little more and stay at a 4-star hotel or better.

The location is super convenient, with food stalls and a shopping area downstairs. It's great for both dining and shopping. The large public bath is fantastic, with sufficiently hot water. The room and bed are both spacious, and there are many breakfast options. It's definitely worth staying again.

Best hotel location but if you want use laundry coin there just have 2 and 1 Dryer at 3rd floor

We have visited this location twice and were very satisfied with the breakfast each time. We look forward to our next visit.

This was my first time in Fukuoka, so I spent a lot of time thinking about the location, but I chose this hotel because it has a large public bath. The public bath was absolutely wonderful; soaking in it morning and evening really helped relieve my fatigue. It's about a 1-minute walk from Nakasu Station, which is very close. Ichiran Ramen is right around the corner, and it was convenient to drop off my Don Quijote shopping right at the hotel. I also walked to Canal City. The street food stalls are also nearby, and overall, it was great. The bathroom in the room was a bit small, but I didn't use it since I went to the public bath every morning and evening, haha. I highly recommend it! However, I didn't realize Nakasu was an entertainment district. It's fine during the day, though, haha. I strongly recommend it.

I can truly say the location is superb. However, I deducted one star for accessibility because there's no escalator at the subway exit. On the day we arrived at the hotel, it was fine because there's an escalator going up at the Mina Tenjin Uniqlo entrance. But on the day we left for the airport with our luggage, there was no escalator going down at the Mina Tenjin exit, which was a struggle. Please keep that in mind. Other than that, the location is excellent.
