Consistently clean rooms and well-maintained public bath. Daily room cleaning. New facilities and immaculate onsen. Very clean and well-maintained.

Very convenient location less than 10 minutes walk from Hakata station, and very nearby Canal City. Very nice buffet breakfast with traditional Japanese cuisine. That would be great if there is bigger guest room option. Highly recommended overall.

The hotel is very nicely situated, near the metro station and a short walk to hakata train station. There are nice restaurants nearby and very close to the canal city shopping mall. The public bath is very nice with great amenities, and the hotel breakfast (we paid ourselves) is excellent. Go early to avoid the crowd. The restaurant is so popular that there is always a line in the morning waiting for their lunch. The rooms are a bit on a smaller size, which is normal in the city in Japan standard, but the twin room is bigger than the double room.
