loved the location! it was 3 mins away from the hotel and near the malls. staff are nice and helpful too. the rooms are fine and well kept. i love that that train platform is so near our ebtrance/exit. would stay here again if i could

The staff were ALL kind and so accommodating. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants and exploring. I would've given them a 5 star review except for their policy not to have the centralized a/c on during winter months which meant we had to open the window if we wanted cold air. it would have been fine except for the noise from traffic and construction that were really bothersome and kept me from having a good night's sleep. Other than that, this hotel, ESPECIALLY THEIR STAFF, was purrrrfect.

very nice hotel. But i will give a good review to the staff. My passport was lost in Tokyo but they willing to help me to call the police or authorities even through this is not their job scope but they still willing help at this hard moment, although my passport havent found yet. I give 10 star for this hotel. Next year i will back Fukuoka again and book this hotel again

Place is spacious for two persons. Hotel is easy to pin and locate. Hotel is nearby subway and bus stations. If you plan to shop and explore it is a good place to stay. Breakfast buffet is also good, many choices centered of Japanese cuisine. Staffs are also polite and accommodating. You can also freely and securely leave your suitcase after your checkout time - just inform the staff and they will accommodate your request. Amenities like toothbrush, small towel, hair band is also unlimited. Most of the guests are Korean. Rooms also have USB charger ports, small ref, kettle and hair dryer. Toilet is also automatic has heater and bidet.
