Hotels near Shōseien Garden

The hotel's location is fantastic! 👍 It's just a short walk across a bridge from Keihan Shichijo Station. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient, and the first floor even has a free drink bar! There's also a separate laundry room and a smoking room, which was reassuring for my travel companions who smoke. You don't have to worry about forgetting toiletries (toothbrush, razor, etc.) because they're available at the front desk for you to take whenever you need them! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Kyoto!

Having a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel is very convenient. In the afternoon, you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea at the restaurant, and ice cream is served at 8 PM. The 2nd-floor bathhouse and sauna are very comfortable; after a bath, you can even get a foot massage for 100 yen. They also provide kettles to take hot or cold water back to your room, which is a thoughtful touch. In the lobby, you can find amenities like tea bags, toothpaste, and lotion, and the toner and cotton pads are particularly good.

Convenient location, free massage chairs with short wait times, complimentary ramen and ice cream at night, free drinks available almost all day, and a public bath. Highly recommended!

Super well located both for walking and for taking transportation. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast has a wide variety of options (mostly Asian), well cooked and tasty. Some of the dishes change every day. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, which is very convenient even with luggage. It happened to rain during my two-day visit, and the hotel thoughtfully provided free umbrellas. Additionally, there's a convenience store right next to the hotel, and guests can use its back entrance for access.

Located near Kyoto Station, the transportation is very convenient. There's a currency exchange machine on the first floor to break large bills into smaller ones. Check-out is automated, so you can self-check out without needing staff assistance.
