Mario wasn't just a driver; he was a fantastic host, ensuring everything going all right The activities themselves were phenomenal: · The ATV ride was an absolute thrill—dusty, fast, and incredibly fun, taking us through amazing terrain. · Rafting was simply amazing. The river was beautiful, the splash was refreshing, and the whole experience was exhilarating. · The swing and forest visit provided a stunning change of pace, offering breathtaking views and that classic "flying over the jungle" feeling. A very good experience indeed! What made it truly special was Mario. He kept the energy high, shared interesting facts, and had a genuine passion for showing us the best. We 100% recommend this tour and especially hope to have Mario as your guide. A 5-star experience all around!

best tour ever! we had our guide, putu, fetch us from our villa & he was so early! he is so nice, polite & friendly. we had so much fun, he took great pictures of us & was so patient when we were panting from the steps! great guy! koma from aling aling waterfall was so good too! fun person!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our driver, Andyana, was excellent! He was punctual, contacting us the day before to confirm the pick-up time, which we greatly appreciated. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when he suggested an affordable place to buy souvenirs and kindly offered to drive us there and wait while we shopped, even though it wasn't part of our original itinerary. We were also pleasantly surprised that a coffee plantation was part of our itinerary! We really had a fun time tasting different kinds of coffee and tea, and it was fascinating to see the process of how Luwak coffee is made. The ATV experience was so fun and thrilling! A blast and a little scary at the same time, which added to the excitement! Our ATV tour guide, Rama, was also fantastic. He was very friendly and made sure to keep us safe, telling us to be extra careful when the road got particularly bumpy. It was a memorable and truly fun experience!

Troy is really good and friendly! He was so patience in introducing me the Tanah Lot (which I really likes the name 'Ground & Ocean'), Jatiluwih Rice Terraces (how they plant and why they burn), and absolutely the noble Ulun Danu Beratan Temple! Since I was the solo traveller and was the only one doing the tour, Troy explained everything in detail and answered my doubts regarding the Balinese culture. I will absolutely book this tour again if I come back with my mum.

Driver arrived right on time, was very friendly and helpful and followed the itinerary precisely. Car was very clean and air conditioned. An excellent experience, would recommend 100%. Unlike some tours this one excludes entry fees but locals pay a lot less to enter many attractions so if you are Indonesian it is a better option to just buy tickets at the attractions.

I had a wonderful day on the tour with Ari, our guide. The tour exceeded my expectations with stunning locations, beautiful trees, and temples. I appreciated the thoughtful consideration of driving slowly so we could enjoy the scenery. The explanations were easy to understand, which was great for us as our English isn't perfect. We were able to connect via Bluetooth and listen to music, which made the whole day so enjoyable. Lunch was a delicious buffet, and the beautiful rice paddy view made it even better! Thank you again to the wonderful Ari, our guide with the lovely long hair. I'll definitely visit again and highly recommend this tour. Had great experience right front the start. we started around 2:45 am in the morning! Had good conversation with Mr. Abdi who had taken us to Klook base camp and from there we met Mr. Ngurah who was driving the 4x4 jeep and taken us to Mount Batur. He was professional and very communicative. He was very patient enough taking our pics al over the trip. Only one thing which was disappointing is was not able to see sun rise due to rains and bad weather. Apart from it the whole team did a great job. Kudos to everyone.
