Wonderful massage by Pita, 2 hours went too quickly! It’s relaxing and value for money. It’s even better than the spa at the hotel right next to it…I had lunch at Piasan next to the spa and it was great too.

Getting a massage in a seaside gazebo is very special, and if you're worried about privacy, you can also choose an indoor option. Although the weather is a bit hot, it's really comfortable!

My wife and I booked the Happy Ayurveda package. It was within walking distance from our hotel, Conrad Bali, but we were grateful for the round-trip transportation. The shop had a lovely scent, and the spa room was clean and hygienic, which put us at ease. I've had spa experiences before, but this was my first time trying Ayurveda, and I was excited. I was relieved that the treatment chart was available in Japanese. Some of the staff members could also speak Japanese, so there were no communication issues. You can choose from 18 different types of aroma oils. We had our treatment in a couple's room. First, we had a hot rattan massage (100 minutes), which used heated bamboo for the aroma massage. After that, we had Shirodhara (20 minutes), followed by a shower. Then, we had a head spa (60 minutes), which was pure bliss. I experienced three spas during my stay in Bali, but this spa was my favorite.

After a long from Ubud and Uluwatu, it was nice to have a good relaxing spa at Zen Family Spa. Service was good as they will want to confirm your arrival and upon arrival, I was served with respect and definitely was able to relieve some of the tiredness.

My husband and I booked the simple beauty course for two hours. The room had two beds lined up next to each other, and there was a shower room, a bathtub, and a dresser, so we could put on makeup right in the room after the treatment. If you wanted a stronger or weaker massage, you could indicate that with your thumb and pinky, respectively. That's very easy to understand. The hand massage was so wonderful that my husband fell asleep next to me. They also provided round-trip transportation, so we were treated to the best of our ability. I highly recommend this spa.

We visited as a family of three (husband, wife, and daughter). We were very impressed with how clean the shop and spa rooms were. It was our daughter's first spa experience. We felt reassured knowing there was a staff member who understood Japanese. Also, there were no issues with the treatment chart being available in Japanese. Requests for massage pressure and areas to avoid were, of course, accommodated. The spa rooms were split into two rooms, one for two people (my daughter and I) and one for one person (my husband). The spa began with a foot wash in warm water with flower petals. It depends on the therapist, but the treatment was very pleasant. The experience ended with a flower bath, a beautiful rose bath – definitely Instagram-worthy! Our daughter was delighted with her first spa experience. We were very grateful for the ride back to the hotel after the treatment.

On the day of my departure from Bali, my flight was late at night, so I planned to get a massage and go to the airport. I chose the Avisha Delight program for a total of 4 people, including my parents, and I was very satisfied with the result. First of all, the interior and exterior of the shop were neat and stylish, and unlike other mid-priced massage shops in Bali, I was able to choose the oil, massage intensity, and focus area, which was nice. There may be individual differences between masseuses, but all 4 of us received Balinese massages and were very satisfied, and I especially liked the fact that they took great care of us from time to time. They also provided a large and nice car to drop us off at the airport, and the staff were very kind until the moment we left the shop after the massage, which was very appreciated. My whole family was satisfied, and if I ever visit Bali again, I definitely want to visit this shop again.
