Amazing hotel! From the lobby to the rooms, everything feels spacious and comfortable! The outdoor foot bath area and hot spring area are great! The lake view is beautiful~ The food is delicious~ Worth visiting again!

This is truly a super comfortable hotel, the whole family loved it! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hakone! The access code will be sent by email the day before check-in. If you haven't received it, be sure to confirm with customer service, otherwise you won't be able to enter. The access code is the same for the main entrance and the room door. You can complete the check-in confirmation after entering the room. There is a tablet in the room where you can complete the check-in and check-out process.

Perfect experience! The place is very quiet, the hot springs are very comfortable, and the front desk reception is excellent. But remember to book your hot spring time with the hotel in advance.

I've already recommended it to many friends. If I come to Hakone again, I will definitely choose this hot spring inn. The food is delicious and it's very relaxing.
