Each room features a private open-air hot spring, offering exceptional privacy as you soak in the warm waters while gazing at Hakone's lush green valleys, allowing you to forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's "Ukigumo no Yu" (Floating Cloud Bath) is also a must-experience; bathing there feels like becoming one with the boundless mountain and sky. The attentive Japanese hospitality from the staff is truly exceptional. The premium ambiance and ultimate relaxation here definitely make it a must-stay on your list for a trip near Tokyo!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the private onsen… I booked the 9 PM slot and enjoyed a relaxing soak in complete privacy. I also met some Indonesian staff members who were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more memorable.

amazing hotel with spacious rooms and great views. the hotel staff was always friendly and the onsen as well as the sauna was truly magnificent. also, the breakfast and dinner has a huge selection of Japanese and international food.

The view was amazing! The technology in the rooms was impressive. The in room onsen and sauna were so luxurious. I regret not booking an extra night. My only complaint was the check in process needs improvement. It took me an hour to check in bc the system kept having issues and making me reregister guests. At least there was a way to quickly contact an agent via iPad at the hotel. I didn’t receive my instructions via email so I had no idea what I was supposed to do, and couldn’t call or email property. But thanks to a review on here I found the details about checking in.

This was our favorite hotel during our entire Japan vacation. We booked the room with the private onsen, and it worked out perfectly; it was a beautiful onsen with a stunning view. In general, the resort has three private onsens that guests can use without a reservation or extra charge, allowing couples to enjoy some private time. For me personally, the dinner was a bit too heavy on fish, and the breakfast also had a lot of fresh seafood. However, there's a Seven Eleven nearby. From there, you can easily take a bus up a mountain from which you can see Mount Fuji. Thanks to the whole team!

We had a superb stay at this Ryokan. Kanda-san and the team were fantastic and very accommodating to all of our requests. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, the views were amazing. Highly recommend for couples looking for a Hakone getaway!

Excellent experience. The staff was incredibly patient with our group and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious for 2. Bedding was super comfortable and the onsens were amazing! Dinner and Japanese style breakfast were delicious and generous portions. Outstanding relaxing experience.
