We had an amazing experience on our half-day city tour in Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Zack. From pickup to drop-off, he was incredibly approachable, friendly, and attentive. He made the whole tour fun and easy to enjoy, and he was always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable.
Zack is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to history. He explained everything clearly and with genuine passion, which made each stop more meaningful. Beyond the tour itself, he also took the time to recommend great souvenir shops and local food places, which we truly appreciated.
What stood out the most was how much he cared about the welfare of his guests—it felt safe (thanks to our tour driver!), well-organized, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would! This was a truly remarkable experience, and we would absolutely do it again when our family returns to Vietnam.

Teddy was a wonderful guide, he is still young but very knowledgeable about Vietnam, its people and history. The incense village and citadel tour was also a great experience

I was planning to sightsee on my own, but I'm so glad I chose this tour. On the day of the tour, it ended up being just the two of us in a taxi. Our guide, Sue, was very informative and helpful, and we learned a lot about history. We also went to a slightly upscale souvenir shop, but we also went to a local supermarket, which was cheaper and where we bought a lot more. I was very satisfied that she took us to the Michelin-recommended pho restaurant that I wanted to go to. She also booked a recommended massage parlor for us, which was a great help.

I participated in a one-day sightseeing tour of Hanoi (Japanese). The guide was Mr. Tho, who speaks Japanese (apparently known as Mr. Kotobuki in Japanese). In the morning, I learned about the history of Hanoi while visiting major tourist attractions, which was very educational. For lunch, we had pho from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The restaurant was very crowded, but the guide used his quick thinking and ordered takeout while we were drinking tea at a nearby friend's cafe. We were able to enjoy the pho slowly and without waiting at the cafe. After that, we had a foot massage, shopping at the supermarket, a stop at the market, a cyclo tour of the old town, and ate egg coffee and che. In the evening, we saw the water puppet show, and he got us great seats right in the center. It was worth seeing. Dinner was bun cha. Our guide, Mr. Tho, was very thoughtful and had a perfect sense of timing for the tour. During the tour, he gave us little tidbits of information, such as where to find delicious sticky rice and about the night market. After dinner, I declined the ride back to the hotel and strolled through the night market on my way back. It was a jam-packed tour from morning to night. There were breaks, so I didn't get tired. It was very good, but the foot massage shop included in the tour was not good. They were unfriendly, lacked customer service, and the room was untidy and looked like a storage room. I was charged a tip of 100,000 VND firmly. I would have preferred to pay a little more and be taken to a slightly better massage shop. There are other good massage shops for the same price. This tour is efficient and cost-effective, and I highly recommend it. It was fun and I was very satisfied.

This tour guides you through Hanoi's important attractions, enjoy coffee on the coffee street while waiting for the train to come, listen to sutras and smell the Dharma in the ancient Buddhist temple, walk around the Bodhi tree, and experience peace and serenity in the church. Everyone should come and join us!

The guides here are very kind. They actively take you around. And the food is good. We've been eating mostly the same menu, but it seems like this food set is for welcoming guests in this area. I came with my friends and we are very satisfied. My friends don't like to play noisy games, so we stayed quiet, but there is a system in the tour and at the accommodation where you can play, so people who like to play will like it even more haha. Anyway, I had a great time.
