i cannot praise this tour enough. our guide/driver, Aulia was truly truly an asset to this company. she was very punctual, informative, catered to even the littlest needs. she made sure we got on our ferry back okay. she was very friendly, corteous and made way for us to enjoy our trip as much as possible. highly recommend this day trip from singapore! there is so much to see in this island even for a little time. they also curate your tour according to what you wanted to see or do!

My family and I often visit Batam for quick getaways. Out of all the hotels we've tried, Grand I Hotel is by far our favorite. Its location is unbeatable—just a five-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, restaurants, and seafood places like I Love Seafood. You won’t need to wait for a ride since everything is close by, including dental clinics. The hotel is spotless, our room was tidy, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the breakfast buffet is great. We’ve definitely found our go-to hotel from now on. 101% recommended. price rates is also reasonable.

This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday trips I’ve ever had! Amazing culture, delicious food and wonderful accommodation, everything exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Riza, was absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Batam and shared it with so much passion and detail. She is kind, attentive, and very hands-on throughout the entire trip. What impressed us most was how she always made sure our food preferences were met. Since we love seafood—especially crab—she showed the best restaurants she knows, and every meal was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every part of the experience: the food, the culture, the coffee, the cakes, and even the souvenir shopping. Riza made my birthday extra special with a lovely cake surprise, which I deeply appreciated. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made the whole celebration perfect. Will absolutely recommend this trip to my friends and family. Hope to visit Batam again soon. Riza, you’re the best!

Thank you 2 Pak Agus for his great service & hospitality.The van is clean,cold & very comfortable for all 10 of us..He suggested all good restaurant and places better than our itinerary..we were so happy & enjoyed our trip to Batam

The hotel is a brand new hotel and has a free shuttle car from/to hotel to/from Mega Mall Batam Centre (the shopping mall near with Batam Centre harbour). The room was good and clean but I saw 2 mosquitos inside the room (attached). The hotel also has gym, kids playground and swimming pool. The hotel didn't provide the requests that I wrote on Klook apps.

It is my second time visited Amartha Spa and massage. The place was really good, clean and comfortable. The receptionist (Fadillah) was proactive and good on following up before the treatment day and the day itself. The Jamu also very nice, my favourite one is Kunyit asem (the price at IDR 88,000). The therapist was so so for this visit, but the (previous) different one therapist was best (I visited before, in 2025). The reflexology duration is only 50 minutes (supposed to 60 minutes) and I also booked Amartha massage and takes 75 minutes (supposed to 90 minutes). I will comeback again to this spa and request for the therapist that handle me in 2025 in the next visit.

We spent a wonderful day in Batam with Batam Private Tour. Our driver and guide was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment he met us at the ferry terminal until he dropped us off at the same place, everything was well organized. We were taken to several interesting spots both in and outside the city, and we truly enjoyed every part of the experience

Very entertaining and informative Tour ❤️ Our tour guide Mr. Agus gave interesting facts and shared stories about the place we visited and made sure that our time in Batan is well spent and memorable. We enjoyed the activities we did the whole day, Overall our trip was amazing and very organized 👏🏻 defined would recommend if you want to explore Batam stress free 🫡(also, Mr. Agus Surprised my mom with a cake since it was her birthday last jan 13! very thoughtful 😁👍🏻)
