Absolutely loved this Great Ocean Road tour! It was easily one of the highlights of my Australia trip. Eric, the guide was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. You could really tell he cared about giving us the best experience possible. We even got to make a little detour to Lorne Beach, where we saw so many cockatoos! Everything felt well-organized and relaxed, and the guide made the long journey enjoyable from start to finish. Would happily do it again! ❤️

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

We had such a wonderful and memorable GREAT OCEAN ROAD trip! Our guide and driver, Augustine, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in multiple languages, making the tour enjoyable and easy to understand for everyone. He was friendly, funny, patient, and very considerate of every passenger throughout the entire trip. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. The experience was great! We had lots of stops in the Great Ocean Road with ample time given in between stops. Enough to take photos of. Tony, our guide, was very patient and kind even though some of the tour joiners were always late.

a fantasic bus trip experience, Joel is super friendly and knows every hidden spot for good view and spotting wildlife. The view along great ocean road is marvelous, and Joel gave many fun stories and history during the whole trip. An unforgettable trip!

The Twelve Apostles are towering limestone stacks rising from the Southern Ocean. They're especially stunning at sunrise or sunset, when the golden light enhances the rock formations. Along the route, you'll also find must-see stops like Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, and The Grotto, each with unique geological features and breathtaking ocean views.

it’s a wonderful trip. Tim is a very sincere, responsible guide. He well arranged the time schedule , no rush for each viewpoint. We were so lucky to see the wildlife koala and kangaroos. Thanks for Tim”s arrangement. The Sunset of Great Ocean Road is so stunning. We had a very memorable and enjoyable time. Thanks Klook for the user friendly experience.

A big thank you to our guide! At the beginning of the tour, my husband and I had to sit separately because the bus was full. Our guide kindly asked other passengers if they could switch seats so we could sit together. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how thoughtful and caring the guide was.
