great place to stay with the family. the breakfast was amazing and the public bath was super nice. a lot of restaurants nearby to indulge in.

The hotel's location is excellent. The amenities and related equipment in the lobby on the first floor are very complete and clean. The large mirror in the drawer is a really thoughtful touch.

Just perfect! It's clean, the service is impeccable, and the reception staff are welcoming. The host's location is close to everything, whether it's restaurants, transportation, etc. I highly recommend it! ✨

Superb place. Very family friendly. Tons of space in their room for your luggage and kids to roam around. They also provides clothes for kids, bed barrier, step stool all for free. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. They filled out my yamato transfer for me and I just needed to tell them where our next hotel would be. I’ve already recommended this place to our friends who’s got kids. Also very close to shopping center, food and kawasaki station. Very big laundry area!

Conveniently located near Yokohama Station with easy access to transportation. The hotel breakfast is delicious, featuring a daily rotating selection of miso soup. The service staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious with excellent amenities. The beds are very comfortable, with two pillows of different firmness levels provided. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The twin room has comfortable 110cm wide single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel front desk is commendable for their attentiveness; they noted my pre-trip inquiry about luggage storage. Upon my initial check-out, the receptionist was already aware of my luggage storage needs, which was very heartwarming. This allowed me to travel to Hakone for two days with only light luggage before returning to Kawasaki for another night. Breakfast is provided in partnership with the first-floor chain coffee shop, EXCELSIOR CAFFE, and is exquisitely delicious.
