We had a great stay here! The staff were friendly and room was really nice. Even though we had a slight issue with the room initially the staff did well to offer us a different room, which we actually ended up preferring and switched to. The hotel is in a quieter part of Tokyo as well, so after a long day out you can retire and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay for the price, and we will be back on our next visit to Tokyo.

I highly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were very kind and I enjoyed the amenities they offered. What I most liked was the area. Ginza was so beautiful and tranquil, it felt so different and slow paced compared to Shinjuku or the other cities we visited. This location was just 7 mins away walking from the Tsukiji fish market, had a train station entrance 3mins away walking that made transportation to places easy and there were multiple convenience stores within a 3min walking distance in every direction you decide to go. highly recommend.

It's super close to multiple subway stations. The facility is nice and the rooms are not too small. My only complaint is the lack of complimentary coffee you get from other hotels at the same price range and the sticky and unresponsive TV remote. Something I appreciate about all the hotels I've stayed in in Japan is the secure wifi. This hotel provides separate network and password per room, which is a bonus.

Highly recommend this hotel. Close to a lot of shops and the local train station. Very close to Tsukiji market. Hotel is kept clean and staff is extremely friendly.

This was the best hotel for my family. We booked 2 rooms. It was close enough to Ginza but far enough that we were not bothered by any noise. The hotel was very clean, although a little beat up. The room was not too small, and I loved how the bathroom was laid out for the triple bedroom. The sink, toilet, and shower/bath combo were all in separate rooms. This allowed my kids to get ready at the same time without having to wait for someone. Highly recommend!
