Our first time booking a tour via Klook and it definitely won't be the last! We booked the Niagara Falls Day Tour which included the Journey Behind the Falls and roundtrip transportation. The experience was 100% stress-free. Our driver was very friendly, professional, and gave very clear instructions throughout the trip, which we really appreciated as first-timers. My husband and I truly enjoyed the breathtaking views without worrying about the commute. Highly recommended for couples who want a seamless trip!

When visiting Niagara falls, we suggest joining the tour and the boat ride, that bring you upfront to the fall. Our tour guide was great.

wake up time is early but no choice. different guide and cannot ask them isit the next day, ask me to contact the tour agency. same company yet.... better check before going. otherwise waste effort waking up so early. Abit can't understand the English.

Departed at 4am, travel for around 7-8 hours to reach Niagara. There's not much crowd due to the cold season. Can see the snow at the river bank and in front of the waterfall, but the scale of the waterfall still amazes me. The tour guide Jay and the driver Kevin is friendly and resourceful.
