Reviews summaryThe tour guides are helpful and professional!!! They are really nice! This tour include the hotel room is awesome! Beautiful scenery! Glad that I choose this tour. It can see the different view of Niagara Falls, really amazing!!!
A very tiring but very satisfying tour! Andy our tour guide shared important facts on the many places we passed by. He , together with the driver budgeted the time we'll and completed the whole tour as planned or as indicated in the itineraries. We highly recommend this tour to everyone who Dreams of going to Niagara FALLS.
Visited Niagara with my friends during the memorial day weekend on 25th/26th. 1N2D package was bit pricey but overall happy with trip. Guides were fine and more of coordination managers, they never truly discussed the tour plan in detail and skipped iterinary as Glen park was supposedly closed as per them. The hotel was conveniently located and the stay was comfortable with decent breakfast.. Lot of Indian food trucks around for dinner.
It was amazing! I will recommend this tour guys! If you will go with made of mist wear light and slippers coz you will get wet. Enjoy the light show and fireworks at night.
This time I was paired with a Japanese tour guide - Yurika Ohno, who can also speak Chinese. I found it very convenient to communicate. I also listened to a lot of historical introductions. The experience was better than I expected. Thank you for your careful arrangement. And the activities are very compact. If possible, it is recommended to choose to transit through Canada, because the Niagara Falls view is more complete from there. The only disadvantage is that there is too little time to eat. You have to find something to eat in the supermarket as soon as you get off the bus. Quickly open the food and toilet. I like the arrangement of other services and attractions. Highly recommended~
This overnight Niagara Falls bus tour from New York City was so much fun! It might be a long journey from the city but it was so worth it.
I chose two Chinese tours, but the tour guides didn’t speak Chinese very well. Maybe there were too few people in the Chinese tour to send a tour guide with normal Chinese skills😅 However, the tour guides still took good care of the group members. Most of the group was Italian, and the waterfall was super beautiful. ! It’s worth going👍👍 There will be an outlet on the return trip and there is no additional tax. It’s worth buying, but the stay is too short, only 90 minutes~
Delays from the morning can be minimized, the meeting time was 630am but bus departed almost 645am. Glen Watkins part had a lot of walking through muddy parts, not sure if this location is necessary, because we arrived super late at Canada side which was the highlight and we only had 45 mins left. The daily tip of USD10 per day, per tourist can also be mentioned as part of itinerary so we can expect it.
Am informed that the tour code is NIA. Logistically not very well organized; having issue at departure as I could not locate anyone from Gray Line as mentioned in the itinerary. I had to check and being briefly informed that I was part of the tour group with others in Italian and Japanese languages. I understand everyone's preference needs to be met but the English was not loud enough initially even though through the microphone on the bus. The bus driver drove fast and at times, slightly reckless; one incident was at the initial journey when we were supposed to turn into a slip-road to enter another expressway. Almost collide with the vehicle from the back as both are changing lanes to move forward. Overall, the tour was generally okay, and the Japanese guide took care of us.
I liked the trip even though the fares were a little higher. However, they offered you a professional service. Niagara Fall is a beautiful place and you must come here to see it if you have a plan to visit New York.
