Every time I come to Japan, I always use the luggage delivery service. It frees up my hands and I don't have to drag my luggage to the hotel. Plus, the price is very reasonable, so I'll definitely use it again in the future.

luggage delivery is a must in Sapporo during winter season. the snow is heavy and it is really difficult to carry luggage. very convenient to go to hotel without carry the luggages

Highly recommended! I received an email at 9:00 AM saying my luggage had been collected. My flight was at 4:15 PM. At 2:00 PM, feeling a bit rushed, I Whatsapped customer service to ask if it had arrived. Customer service kept saying 2:30 PM. So, I decided to just go to the store and wait for the luggage. Went there and asked - OH - it arrived! So I rushed to check in immediately. It would actually be better if it could be earlier. I think if you use this service, 4:15 PM is really the earliest flight you can take. But it's really comfortable not having to drag your luggage to the airport yourself.

Since I planned to go directly to Otaru to stay for one night on the first day, I picked up my luggage around 4:00 PM. Because the time was relatively late, it couldn't be delivered that day. Therefore, the luggage would be delivered to the Sapporo hotel the next day. After sending the luggage, I was able to go to Otaru without any hassle. The next day, I received an email around 5:30 PM saying the luggage had arrived. Very convenient! It was already taken up to my room at the hotel.

service was great. we didn’t have to drag pieces of luggage to the airport. our luggage were picked up from comfort hotel susukino and were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport.
