This trip was excellent value for money. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to visit several of Hokkaido's most beautiful natural landmarks in one day without feeling rushed.

The trip is worth it. There were so many lovely sceneries and memorable experiences that I don’t think I will forget anytime soon. It is also very convenient for those who do not drive or prefer not to walk too much, as the bus brings you comfortably to all the attractions. Kevin, our tour guide, was approachable and shared many interesting facts and bits of history about the places we were visiting. It made the journey more meaningful and enjoyable. Overall, a great trip that I would recommend.

We participated in a Klook day tour on June 18th, led by Tour Guide Liu, a professional and charming lady. The bus was full with 45 people that day, and Tour Guide Liu was left with only a folding seat next to the front steps (to the driver's left), which was difficult and challenging for her. Tour Guide Liu is bilingual, fluent in both Chinese and Japanese explanations, articulate, and provides excellent service. She is truly outstanding. We loved this itinerary; it covered many attractions efficiently without wasting time. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Our tour guide, Kevin, was excellent, thoughtful, and humorous, making the entire trip very enjoyable. Kevin deserves half the credit for this itinerary! Lake viewing was the highlight of this tour, with the small fireworks display at the end serving as a nice embellishment. The tranquility of the lake was truly refreshing for both mind and body. Regarding the bear farm admission and the final fireworks cruise, both are optional. Personally, I recommend skipping the bear farm and spending that time seeing Showa Shinzan instead, as it's more worthwhile. For the fireworks cruise, while it offers a panoramic view from the lake (the fireworks boat moves around, so you might only see parts from the shore), it only lasts about 25 minutes (around 8:45 PM - 9:10 PM Japan time). You can decide if it's worth it for you.

This itinerary was really well-planned! We visited several attractions in one day, including Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, which were the ones I most wanted to see. Even though it rained a little, it didn't detract from the beautiful scenery! Our tour guide, the lively and lovely Lisa, introduced us to the sights and local customs along the way, recommended many delicious foods and fun activities, and even helped everyone take photos. She was incredibly thoughtful, and we're very grateful.
