We had an excellent Kyoto–Nara private tour booked through Klook. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Our driver was truly incredible—professional, punctual, and very courteous throughout the entire trip. He made us feel comfortable and ensured we had a stress-free and enjoyable journey. His knowledge of the routes and flexibility with our schedule really made a difference. The tour itself was well-organized, allowing us to explore Kyoto and Nara at our own pace without feeling rushed. It was the perfect way to experience these beautiful places. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a convenient and memorable trip. We would definitely book again!

Our guide and driver, Saifu, was very thoughtful, sending a video of the meeting point to our group, and drove smoothly throughout the trip. When we arrived at Mount Rokko to see the night view, it was still a bit bright at 7:30 PM, and it looked like it was almost time to gather and head back. Saifu, not wanting to disappoint us, announced a 20-minute extension, which allowed us to enjoy the legendary million-dollar night view. We are very grateful! Regarding the itinerary, we suggest shortening the time at Kobe Port and extending the visiting time at Kitano Ijinkan so that travelers have more time to explore.

This is a very good tour for you to know more about the places of interests in Kobe. The tour guide Tin is very helpful, gentle, soft spoken and friendly. His command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is extremely good.

Our guide Ayako was knowledgeable and had great English. She went above and beyond to make our day as seamless as possible and we had a great day exploring the sights of Kobe. The confirmation email received from the company prior to the tour perfectly explained the itinerary for the day and even included photos of where to meet and a photo of our guide. Our only suggestion would be to add the expectation to pay for the guides lunch as an item not covered in the tour cost. While we didn’t mind, it would be good to know this in advance before booking the tour.

The driver arrived ten minutes early and parked at the hotel's underground pick-up point, sending a text notification. The entire journey was fast and smooth, and the driver was professional and courteous. If you're looking for a private and hassle-free day trip with family and friends from Osaka Umeda to Amanohashidate and Ine Funaya, a private car charter is undoubtedly the best choice. The distance is considerable, and public transportation involves multiple complicated transfers. Tour groups have strict time limits and lack privacy, making a private car the most convenient and comfortable option. There was ample time for the entire trip, allowing us to fully and leisurely experience the natural wonders: taking a cable car up for panoramic views, walking through the pine forest on the sandbar, visiting temples to burn incense and worship, enjoying seafood at seaside restaurants, checking out popular cafes, feeding seagulls from a fishing boat, and observing the boathouses. It was a compact yet rich experience, offering an intimate encounter with Amanohashidate and Ine Bay, and it was wonderfully comfortable and not at all tiring! Bravo! 👏

The attractions were great, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time. At Kitano Ijinkan, after paying to visit two major Western-style houses, we quickly picked out a souvenir, took some photos outside the Starbucks, and then rushed back to the bus. At Arima Onsen, we paid to experience the 'Golden Hot Spring,' but when we came out, we found that most of the old street shops were already closed. We didn't get to explore much before we had to gather and get back on the bus. For the Mount Rokko night view, because it gets dark later in the summer, we initially only saw what's known as the '500,000-dollar night view.' We're so grateful to our driver-guide who notified us via LINE to delay our departure time, allowing us to eventually see the 'million-dollar night view' – we were absolutely thrilled! I suggest adding a tour guide to introduce the major attractions and recommend places for good food and shopping; that would definitely enhance the experience!

The Kobe tour is very relaxing and enjoyable. Shout out to our tour guide Joy who was very nice and gave us a glimpse of the history of Kobe. The Kobe Port, the train ride to Mt. Rokko and having coffee in Starbucks which by the way was the first one in the whole of Japan, was worth the trip. Not to mention the Kobe Beef, super delicious!
