【Meeting Time in Summer and Winter】 Depending on the season, the evening dark time will vary, and the departure time may also be adjusted. Please pay attention to the itinerary in advance: Winter (11/16-3/31): The meeting time is 10:30 (local time). Summer (4/01-11/15): The meeting time is 11:30 (local time). Due to longer daylight hours in summer, the summer itinerary is generally one hour later than the winter itinerary. Please arrange your travel reasonably according to the season and check the confirmed meeting time in advance.

【Mount Rokko Tenrandai】 Due to the Kobe Rokko MEETS ART 2026 beyond event held from August 29 to November 29, 2026, Tenrandai will charge a fee (the official fee has not yet been announced), which will be at your own expense.

【Attraction Tickets】 Tickets for the Mosaic Ferris Wheel, Rokko Cable Car, Mount Rokko Tenrandai, Arima Onsen hot spring bathing fees, and other personal expenses are not included. Please pay for these yourself.

【Tour Duration】 According to Japanese law, Japanese drivers’ maximum daily working hours must not exceed 10 hours. The guide may appropriately adjust the order of the itinerary and the duration of stops based on the traffic and on-site conditions of the day.

【Pre-trip Notification Email】 We will send an email between 20:00 and 22:00 (Japan time) the night before your trip. The email will include: guide contact information, driver information, meeting point map, and important notes. Please be sure to check your email and your spam folder. If you are traveling during peak season, the email may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.

【Seating Arrangement】 This tour is a shared group tour, and vehicle seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests. If you have special arrangements, please indicate them in the “Special Requests” field when placing your order, but the final arrangement will be coordinated and decided by the guide based on actual circumstances.

【Meeting Time】 Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As this tour operates on a shared vehicle model, late arrivals cannot be waited for, and no refunds will be given. 【Force Majeure】 In case of itinerary delays due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary order on site, or shorten/cancel some attraction stop times as appropriate, to ensure the safety of the itinerary. We will do our best to provide you with the best experience, and we appreciate your understanding.

【Luggage Policy】 Each traveler may carry 1 standard piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this in the “Special Requests” section when placing your order. If you bring luggage temporarily without prior notice, it may cause insufficient space in the vehicle, affecting the safety and comfort of others. The guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.

【Vehicle Type】 We will arrange a suitable vehicle type (such as a commercial van, minibus, or coach) based on the actual number of participants. You cannot specify the vehicle type.

【Leaving the Group Mid-trip】 This is a shared group tour, and you cannot leave the group mid-trip or depart early. If you leave the group on your own mid-trip, the remaining itinerary will be considered automatically forfeited, and no refund will be given. Any problems or expenses arising from this will be borne by you.

【Arrangements After the Tour】 As the end time of the tour may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather and traffic, the above times are for reference only. We recommend that you do not arrange other tight schedules (such as flights, performances, appointments) on the same day. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays.

【About Lunch】 Lunch is not included in the itinerary and needs to be arranged by the guests themselves. There will also be dining options at various attractions, or you can prepare your own.
