they were accomodating with my request of cancellation due ti flood and bad weather they help me really well to have it fixed and processed my refund right away

The food was good and it seems fresh. I arrived there earlier than my scheduled time and they let me choose my seat(front seat facing the beach). I requested to have my meal by 5:30pm so I can walk around the beach. Staff are accommodating. And at around 6pm, the sun started to set and it was beautiful. Jimbaran beach lights up at night with the series of restaurants offering sunset dinner. It was a good and memorable experience for me.

Wow, what an amazing experience! 🎉 We had the best time on the ATV quad bikes – so much fun from start to finish. Our shuttle driver was super friendly and made pick-up and drop-off from our villa so easy. The instructors were awesome and even let us do a few extra loops around the track, which made it even more exciting! If you’re thinking about booking this activity – do it! You’ll love it, totally worth it! 😍

Our driver, Dava, was professional, efficient, and thoughtful. We had our own itinerary, but he suggested adjustments based on the route, which made the trip seamless. We went over 3 hours shopping at Goutama Street, and we were only charged the standard extra-hour rate, exactly as agreed. Highly recommend!

The local driver, Sonic, is so nice and the car is clean. He is right on time and try to introduce us a lot of local culture.

The driver was punctual. Although the car was a bit old, it was tidy and clean. The car was a normal size and could accommodate the four of us, along with our three large suitcases and one medium-sized 26-inch suitcase. The driver was also polite and helped with the luggage. I would choose this service again!

We had to rebook in a hurry due to other spas being fully booked. Although the original booking included transportation, the honeymoon package needed to be ordered six hours in advance, but the shop still tried their best to accommodate us, even though we had to arrange our own transport. Klook platform should pay attention to shop information to avoid losses for customers. Upon arrival, we realized that the shop really needed time to set up, and we sincerely appreciate them accepting our order. My partner and I were extremely satisfied with the service quality and staff attitude. Later, we discovered that their Google Maps rating is as high as 4.9, and they truly deserve it; it's not boosted by freebies.
