This hotel is impeccable. It's close to both the JR station and the subway, and the room is very spacious with a sofa and a coffee table. The toilet is in a separate space from the shower. The lobby offers complimentary amenities, and coffee and drinks are also free. There's even a locker with a password lock where you can store your luggage.

Breakfast is included and very substantial, and the room is clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located near Kitahama Subway Station, making transportation very easy. The staff are friendly and communicate well in English.

This hotel in Kitahama is the third one I've stayed at in the area. The twin room was noticeably more spacious than the two hotels across the street, with plenty of room to open two 28-inch suitcases, and my family was very comfortable and satisfied. Just across the small road from the hotel is Gokan, a famous dessert shop. Nakanoshima Park is also within walking distance.

Our stay at the hotel in Osaka was perfect. The room was equipped very well and location was convenient. There was breakfast buffet with a lot of options to choose and food was really tasty. In the evening drink bar was available with some snacks and we really enjoyed it.

Nice staff and big rooms(for japan). Overall it was a nice stay.
