Tokyo Station tours

An amazing day trip! We were extremely lucky to get the only sunny day of the entire month of September, allowing us to see Mount Fuji all day long. It was truly a trip well worth taking! Our tour guide, Jin Mingzhe, not only provided great advice throughout the journey, but when I initially worried we might be taken to tourist-trap shops, I trusted him and bought what I wanted. Checking other shops later that day, the exact same items were indeed more expensive. I genuinely feel that Guide Jin is extremely sincere with everyone! At the end, he also recommended many great places to visit, eat, and shop in Tokyo, making the experience truly delightful and reassuring. As long as the weather permits, this is a highly recommended one-day tour!

Beautiful day to see Mount Fuji we were very lucky as we’re in the end of September now!! Our tour guide (Sandy) was the best!! talked us through everything about Mount Fuji in detail etc had a very contentious laugh and made the day 10x better:) Thankyou 100% recommend this tour

Today I went on the excursion to Hakone, and it was wonderful. Our guide, Eric, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He shared anecdotes and interesting facts about this area near Mount Fuji. The bus ride was very comfortable and useful for taking a nap. I highly recommend this lovely day tour to everyone, both for the scenery and for the opportunity to buy plenty of souvenirs. Thanks again to our kind guide for a great experience!!

Really enjoyed the Tokyo City Sightseeing Tour Bus! It was an easy and fun way to see many famous places around Tokyo. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The audio guide was also interesting and easy to understand. We got the 18:50 timeslot and were able to experience sunset. Great experience overall — I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Everything was really great overall. We got to everywhere we wanted/needed to be and the instructions got me where I needed to go. I do wish some of the finer points (like going to the information desk to pick up the tickets instead of just “B1 of Kitte” or a better guide for getting to the bus stop). Otherwise, super helpful to have everything bundled into one when I can’t buy tickets from the website directly.

Such an amazing trip, Yuri was so lovely and informative host. we did all the main spots, got to go on a cable cart and we even got to see Mount Fuji fully. honestly would recommend and hopefully you get Yuri as your guide too

Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get go, having to translate not only into one language but two!! at our first stop the team working on an event at the lake was very rude and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy there time. I knew mt Fuji wasn't promised to see do to weather but luck was very much on our side and several of the locations we got views.

A refreshing escape from Tokyo as it offers a perfect mix of nature, culture and great food.The local seafood was fresh and delicious. Seaside park was a bit disappointing as now is the season for the flower hills but since the park is big so still a nice walk in the green forest. There is fun fair and play ground for children but no time to play. Overall, exploring scenic parks, visiting temples and shrines, taking in the ocean views, Ibaraki offers a different side of Japan that's well worth discovering.
