Our guide Mandy is very friendly and nice. Speaks fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese & Japanese. Our group consists of 50/50 English and Mandarin speaking tourists and she's able to explain everything in both languages. Time allocated for each areas are just nice, Mandy specified the time we need to get back on the bus and everything went smoothly according to plan as most of us managed to stick to the time given. Expect slight delay and queuing up due to the crowd. Mount Fuji was up to 90% visible on that day even though the weather was very haphazard initially. 10/10 would recommend!

I originally just wanted to casually join a tour to see Mount Fuji, but I didn't expect the experience to be so amazing. We visited Arakura Sengen Shrine, Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Yamanaka, and Oshino Hakkai. The itinerary was comfortably arranged; although it was a bit tight, it wasn't chaotic. I especially want to praise the tour guide! She was super gentle and fluent in both Chinese and English, and she was patient and enthusiastic in taking care of everyone throughout the entire trip. She would proactively help solve small problems and take photos for us, and the photos were really beautiful. She would also flexibly adjust the itinerary based on road conditions to avoid traffic jams, making the whole rhythm particularly smooth. That morning, we were particularly lucky, as it was a sunny day, and there wasn't a single cloud next to Mount Fuji. We saw the most complete and clearest view of Mount Fuji, and it was truly stunning. The whole trip was very enjoyable, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. In short, it was a great experience that I would recommend to my friends.

Yuki was our guide and she did great! Led us to all the spots and shared great knowledge about each spot on the way to it. She explained our itinerary very well and how it was adjusted. We were able to see so much but it does feel like a go go go since there’s time limits at each spot. There is more than enough time for everything if you prioritize what you want to do more at each spot. For example, we prioritized pictures over eating at a sit down restaurant and opted out for snacks during our lunch break. Overall, super great value for everything we were able to do stress free!

This was my first trip to Japan, so like many others I was nervous about going on these tours, but the wasn’t the case. My group host Li Qinghai, went above and beyond to ensure my time and experience was comfortable and fun. I had a big group with me also.(there were 7 in my group). We were super lucky to be able to see Mt. Fuji! Li Qinghai was very knowledgeable in the history and took us to many different spots that we got to see and try different foods! time is very important on this type of tour so keeping up in pace and setting a plan is important to maximize your experience. overall experience 5/5. worth your money! would recommend to anyone that wants a good experience and time.

Our guide Sakuragi, with his humor , compensated for the fact that Mt. Fuji stayed hidden behind the clouds in all the places included in the tour. Despite this, those places were scenic on their own. Maybe next time in another season, Mt. Fuji will show. Overall, this tour was well-organized, reasonably paced, and delivered on what wad promised. Except for the cloudy weather which was really beyond anyone's control. Maybe that should be included and emphasized as a disclaimer by the tour operator so as not to leave everyone disappointed and to at least anticipate bad weather. Nonetheless, this tour is highly recommended, with proper timing.

I had a day trip with a very good price and experience. The tour guide - Agnes gave us a lot of interesting information about Mt. Fuji. We went to 3 places including Fujisan 5 Gome, Oshino Hakkai and Gotemba Premium Outlets. Although it was cloudy today and we couldn't see the top of Mt. Fuji, I bought many souvenirs and enjoyed the local food.

Ohashi was my guide today! He was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I was the only other foreigner in a group of Chinese travelers and he always made me feel welcome and made sure to translate into Korean for me - he speaks English, Korean and Mandarin fluently! He is honestly amazing! Even though the weather wasn't on our side today, he still directed us to the most beautiful places and took a picture of each and every one in the group and cutely drew where Mt. First the guide is what makes these trips mememrable. Our guide Sakuragi gave us great points of interest and photo spots. He detailed the itenerary perfectly for all the people on the bus (multiple laungauges). To be honest i don’t know how he managed to remember all of us when going from spot to spot, but we were on time based on our schedule. He gave is the history of Lawsons, 7/24 and of course Mt Fuji. I highly recommend Klook for day trips and if your lucky to take a trip to Mt Fuji hopefully you get Sakuragi as a guide.
