Hotels near Kushida Shrine

Stayed at the Breakfast Hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. Location was excellent - in the nightlife district (which may not suit everyone but doesn't bother me), close to two metro stations and not far from the central train/bus station. Also walking distance from various districts of interest. Rooms were pretty comfortable. I could turn the temperature down quite a bit to help me sleep. Pillows were somewhat stiffer than I like but seems typical of Japanese hotels and the bedding was comfortable. Comfortable bathrobes were included with the rooms and changed along with towels each day. Bathrooms were also excellent and fairly large and I could crank the heat and pressure up in the shower. I didn't have breakfast included (which seemed expensive otherwise) but I got a free smoothie each day and there was a coffee machine for a complimentary cuppa if you needed it as well as a breakfast truck at the entrance discounted for guests. Nothing fancy but felt great would reco.

For a capsule hotel, the space is quite large, the bed is comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. Each room comes with an iPod to adjust the lighting and bed angle. The alarm clock allows you to choose to adjust the lights and raise the head of the bed, so you won't disturb others.

Overall great experience. Pros: great location, near shopping, restaurants , transportation, even Yatai stalls, free amenities (toothbrush, hair brush, razors, face masks and face washes), laundry and microwaves. Cons: attached restaurant a little on the pricey side, need more vending machines

Service: Everything was good, except for some communication difficulties with the staff. It was hard to communicate in English. On the last day, we met a service staff member who spoke Chinese, but it's a pity we didn't meet them on the first day.

Actually, I've stayed at this hotel six times. When I came in April 2025, this policy wasn't in place. This trip was from October 19th to October 22nd, and the hotel didn't provide bed-making service. When I returned to the hotel on the night of October 20th, I was shocked to see the messy bedding. I even thought someone had broken in and ransacked the room. Upon closer inspection, I saw a notice about environmental protection, which mentioned that they don't make the beds 😰. I understand and accept not changing the sheets daily under the premise of environmental protection, but why not make the bed? It's truly baffling 😓.

THE Royal Park Canvas Fukuoka Nakasu boasts an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station and close to the yatai (food stall) night market and Canal City. Rooms feature a simple, wooden design with great views and comfortable rain showers. The service is friendly, the forest-like atmosphere is soothing, and the WiFi is strong. The lack of a parking lot is slightly inconvenient, making it ideal for independent travelers. Highly recommended!

standard business hotel. no free parking but they able to validate parking ticket for a flat rate. easy to catch taxi at odd hour for early morning flight.

I booked for about 930,000 won for 2 nights. There were reviews saying it was dusty, so I specifically requested the hotel to clean well. They told me not to worry, but the room was... well, it seemed like they only cleaned the visible areas. The dust in the bathroom vent was very noticeable, and even after I asked them to clean it, it didn't completely disappear. I liked the size and design, and the view was okay, although not as good as the reviews made it out to be. The staff's kindness was average. When I came back after being out all day, the key wasn't recognized, and even after changing it, it still didn't work, so I had to go back and forth between the 2nd and 12th floors twice. However, the staff didn't explain why it wasn't working. The public bath was too small, and it was so crowded in the evening that you had to stand and wait to shower. Overall, it wasn't great for the price, but it wouldn't be bad if the price was a little lower.
