If you are worried about meeting point, in my experience the van came a little bit later than 4:30. Just look for a minivan with Panda Travel livery or anyone with the Panda Travel uniform as they might be your tour guides. The tour was pretty straightforward, not much explanation about the places but the guides shared pretty good tips to wander around. Kudos to Nurtas and Rustam who were pretty friendly and made such good company for the day. Overall good experience. Tips: Suggest to prepare at least 15k-20k kzt for food and others, and if you also want to use taxi or ride a horse (cash only!)

Very nice tour. The tour started early that beats the crowd of other tourist. Very nice tour guide as well. Easy to book and instamd confirmation.

Taras was a great company, who went above and beyond to make the trip memorable and suitable for us. We prefered a slightly more active day with some hiking and walking and he could recommend some good options for us. He knew the good spots around the areas. The transportation was smooth and comfortable. The day felt relaxed and not rushed.

this is a big join in tour but the guid is cery well organized, friendly. we are small amounts of foreigners a little challenging for the language barrier but the tour is very fun with locals

It was a long day but worth it, though for me too many sights were packed into the one day. There was total chaos at the meeting point, litte information available and everyone jostled around the sole bus driver all trying to get information on which bus to take. We eventually left around 5:30, an hour later than planned. we could have stayed an extra hour in bed. We had too little time at each destination so that it felt like we were rushed and just had time to take photos. Recommend to omit the Black Canyon from the itinerary allowing for more time elsewhere. The tour guide was OK but provided very limited information- and he was difficult to understand. The bus driver drove too fast back down from the lakes so that we almost had an accident going around the bends. Scary.

Amazing experience. Tour guide/driver was early and was very flexible throughout the tour. We could allocate more time into activities that we enjoyed more. Highly recommended! Psst it is a city tour but you will get to near the mountain tops to enjoy a very close up view of the glaciers at the peak like in the photo. Thank you so much!

worth every penny. Lake Esik is such an underrated gem, wouldn't have been able to discover it had it not been for this tour. Not a lot of tourists, only locals were there when we visited. Number 1 lake in my opinion out of all around Almaty. The Huns Ethno village was such a highlight of this Almaty trip. Artem, our guide was so accommodating with all our questions and attentive to our needs. Spacious and clean car with English speaking guide.

We really loved the experience. Especially our guide, Nikita, was very helpful. They knew the perfect spots, perfect timings and gave us the perfect kazakh experience that we were looking for. If you're looking for any tours in kazakhstan, I would highly recommend Qazak Adventures

I had an absolutely amazing moment ans Ilham, our tour guide was great and took the time to repeat every informations in english as i was the only non russian speaker, real good vibes in the bus as well as blind tests and music were playing al along the trip for the longests connections. Big thank you to all the team !

The arrangement of the one-day tour is very efficientf ,user friendly and straight forward. The driver, Timur, can speak very fluent English. He is very knowledgeble on anything I asked about this country. Other than knowledge in his own country, Kazakhtan, he knows a lot about the histor of our home country. China Hong Kong SAR. He did a marvous job .
