If you are worried about meeting point, in my experience the van came a little bit later than 4:30. Just look for a minivan with Panda Travel livery or anyone with the Panda Travel uniform as they might be your tour guides. The tour was pretty straightforward, not much explanation about the places but the guides shared pretty good tips to wander around. Kudos to Nurtas and Rustam who were pretty friendly and made such good company for the day. Overall good experience. Tips: Suggest to prepare at least 15k-20k kzt for food and others, and if you also want to use taxi or ride a horse (cash only!)

Very nice tour. The tour started early that beats the crowd of other tourist. Very nice tour guide as well. Easy to book and instamd confirmation.

The mountains and lakes were amazing to look at, and the views were spectacular. Our tour guide, Nikita, ensured that we saw all the tourist attractions while being mindful of the time constraints. He even gave us snacks on the way.

this is a big join in tour but the guid is cery well organized, friendly. we are small amounts of foreigners a little challenging for the language barrier but the tour is very fun with locals

We were with the same guide team for two days. We were very satisfied because they accommodated our pace without rushing us. Even though it was a hot day, they accompanied us, guided us, and recommended many wonderful spots, allowing us to create many family memories. I commend our guide for the stable long-distance driving. Arujan, who interpreted for us in Korean, was also very lovely! If I have the chance to visit Almaty again, I plan to use their services again. Satisfaction: excellent!

Although it was still winter in March, the Big Almaty Lake was frozen, but the view was beyond wonderful. The Ayusai waterfalls was also frozen, though the way up was breathtaking. Nikita, our tour guide, took amazing photos of us. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience.

worth every penny. Lake Esik is such an underrated gem, wouldn't have been able to discover it had it not been for this tour. Not a lot of tourists, only locals were there when we visited. Number 1 lake in my opinion out of all around Almaty. The Huns Ethno village was such a highlight of this Almaty trip. Artem, our guide was so accommodating with all our questions and attentive to our needs. Spacious and clean car with English speaking guide.

This was totally awesome. I saw and ate everything I wanted to in Kazakhstan in a single day. I loved getting pictures both inside and above canyons. The guide, Sergey, took some excellent photos and videos of me, and was very knowledgeable about the history of the rock formations.

The arrangement of the one-day tour is very efficientf ,user friendly and straight forward. The driver, Timur, can speak very fluent English. He is very knowledgeble on anything I asked about this country. Other than knowledge in his own country, Kazakhtan, he knows a lot about the histor of our home country. China Hong Kong SAR. He did a marvous job .
