Kolsai Lake & Kaindy Lake One-day Nature & Guided Tour

I would say I am glad to find this trip. The total of duration is reasonable and we got to see what we wanted to see which is the Kolsai and Kaindy Lake. I would love to see more parts of the Charyn Canyon but considering the amount of travelling, I think visiting 2 places is enough in a day. The price point is lower than the other providers which I really like about it but that also came with the quality of transportation. I wish there was at least a cup holder and/or a proper pocket at the seat. I had to hold my cup between my thighs at one point. Staff was nice. They managed everything smoothly though there were a lot of people in a group.

this is a big join in tour but the guid is cery well organized, friendly. we are small amounts of foreigners a little challenging for the language barrier but the tour is very fun with locals

firstly, contact the local tour operator otherwise u may miss..secondly, the guide is not fluent in english..he only speaks in local language..

Itinerary changed without clearly informed and duration for each stop was also not as indicated. It's not fair and affects our activities planned fir each destination. The guide is aggressive and rude for the English speaking tourists, mainly pay attention only to the local tourists and commutator mainly in local language. Very disappointing.

The tour guide and itinerary were good, and the meals were also great. However, the initial meeting point and finding the bus were very troublesome. After placing the order, no bus information or license plate number was provided, making it impossible to find the correct vehicle. If you don't have a local phone number, you can't contact the tour guide, or they simply don't answer the phone. When I was looking for the bus, the guide for the correct bus couldn't find my name because they had entered it incorrectly, leading to an identification error. The local tour operator was not the same as the one listed on Klook, and no one responded to my inquiries along the way. The experience of finding the bus was very poor; if this step isn't handled properly, the entire trip is wasted and time is lost.
