Everywhere you go on the resort grounds, the staff clearly understands your needs and intentions. The exclusive Lamai Bay beach, belonging to the hotel, is a place you'll never tire of visiting, even daily!

OMG! Out of the world experience. The staff there is so jolly and fun and supportive. They also take your video. There is a tree house which have the most spectacular view of the Jungle and the Ocean. We spent all our afternoon there. Must go!

The private car transfer was on time. Upon arrival, we signed in, and the instructor provided safety helmets and a bottle of water for each person. We then sat on the ATVs for a briefing on safety precautions. Our family of four was fortunate not to be grouped with other participants. Two instructors led us throughout the entire journey. It was fun and exciting!
