Koh Tao Ferry & Bus by Lomprayah

I arrived and redeemed the ticket 30 mins before departure. The staff were good and helpful. The ferry from Koh Tao stopped at Koh Phangan and Koh Samui before proceeded to Donsak Pier at Surat Thani. Took about 3 hours . From there bus was provided to take us to Tapee Pier (1 hour). Overall, very good services and highly recommended.

On the way back, I booked a normal car but got a VIP car to sit in, very worth it. Very comfortable, has a neck pillow, wide cushion, and a place to stretch out the legs. You can sit for as long as ten hours. If anyone is hesitant, I recommend the VIP type. Plus, we got off the bus and forgot our things in the car. So I went to ask for help from the other driver. So he let me get in the car and took him to get my stuff at the rest stop. Very helpful. This is very much appreciated by the employees.

Very convenient for both cars and boats. Ordinary cars may not have very wide legroom. If the person in the front seat leans back But we were the only ones lucky enough to be seated alone so we had space for two seats. Management when calling for a ride If the driver were to hold a colored sticker sign, it would be easier to find the car faster than if someone asked which car to take. Because it looks very chaotic Hold the colored sign so you can clearly see it. It is a universal language and anyone who sees it understands it. As for other services, we forgot things in the car. When I got to Koh Tao, I contacted them and they sent them back to Koh Tao very quickly. See here, but it might be a little difficult to contact because you have to coordinate each point back and forth.

safe and sound trip, booking thru klook application. slight delayed with bus and ferry but that's understandable because of its holiday season. but overall great experience!!

My travel with Lomprayah was great. Ferry staffs were friendly and helpful. It would be smothier if there was no ferry change fron Koh Phangan to Koh Tao because it took a time but it can be understood.

took the VIP bus and ferry from Bangkok to KohTao. we met up at the LOMPRAYAH office at Khaosan road, very easy to find. checked our luggage in and got a sticker to put on our outfit. the bus was SO comfortable, recliner seats with ample leg space. They give you a little snack box but I would recommend carrying some drinks and snacks too. the ferry was very comfortable too. would definitely book this service through klook again.

The ferry is very fast and comfortable, they offered tickets by bus to the hotel. All was good, I recomend it.
