Fantastic 5.0
We were picked up on time right in front of the hotel, and on the way to the cruise pier, we even stopped at Valle Esmeralda de Flores. It's not a flashy tourist spot, but it was truly amazing to see the fish in the emerald-colored sea without even getting into the water. Unfortunately, the waves were too high, so we didn't get to see any dolphins, but the captain and staff's service was so excellent that it made up for the disappointment. I was especially touched when Nikki, one of the staff members, immediately noticed my life vest was loose as soon as I started snorkeling and came over to tighten it securely. It really showed how carefully they prioritize safety. They made fish and flowers out of coconut leaves as gifts for the children, and for the adults, they generously provided unlimited drinks, fresh sashimi, bread, and cookies, making it feel like a relaxing picnic on the sea. Most importantly, they took such beautiful photos that we ended up with tons of amazing shots. If I was this satisfied even without seeing dolphins, imagine how much better it would have been if we had! If you want to truly enjoy the ocean in Guam, I confidently recommend this dolphin cruise! ♡

TaoTao Tasi offers a delightful and entertaining dining experience, complete with a captivating show. I also learned that the name means “people of the sea.” The artwork is so beautiful.

Fantastic 5.0
Extremely satisfied! First, we visited the observation tower, where staff were constantly feeding sharks to attract them. Indoors, there was a welcome reception with drinks; the attention to detail was excellent! Then we went to the buffet, which was incredibly rich, offering steak, ramen, sushi, curry rice, and more... The food was delicious! The show was also very heartfelt and interactive throughout! Finally, the bus left without us, but a staff member drove us back to the hotel in another car.

Great 4.0
Although it was cloudy, we saw many more stars than expected, which was wonderful. There were also corals washed up on the beach, and the white sand was beautiful. Before getting into the pickup car, you'll be told, "I'll take X number of photos, so get your poses ready." It's a good idea to discuss this beforehand. A professional photographer will take lovely pictures with your phone, so if you're preparing for the shoot, it might be a good idea to wear a cute dress or other outfits. There are mosquitoes, so if you're concerned, it's best to bring insect repellent. On the day I participated, everyone except my family was Korean, so I communicated in English that I didn't understand Korean for instructions during the photo shoot. The staff understands simple Japanese, but English is more effective, so it might be difficult for those who don't speak any English. During breaks in the photo shoot, roasted marshmallows, juice, alcoholic beverages, and cup noodles were all free. The photos taken by the photographer are supposed to be sent via email later.

Fantastic 5.0
The view is pretty good, although we didn't see the dolphins. They also sent us a small gift. It's a super nice resort. We also went snorkeling after that. The water is very clean, and the creatures here are super beautiful. I look forward to joining them next time.

Fantastic 5.0
It was my first time snorkeling, and I had a great time. The instructor was fluent in English, Japanese, and Korean, and the explanations were very clear. Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles, but we did spot a baby shark! The ocean was beautiful, and we could clearly see the coral and fish. The pick-up service was also on time.

Fantastic 5.0
The cheerful and bright instructor taught us very carefully, so even beginners could enjoy it without any problems! It was a great experience, as they not only showed us spots where we could see many fish and corals, but also searched for a spot where we could see sea turtles. The ocean was clear, and the current wasn't too strong, so we were able to see a variety of fish. Since there was staff who could speak Japanese, communication was not an issue. They also lent us all the equipment, so all we needed was a swimsuit and a towel.

Great 4.0
The overall experience was good and the pick up and information are done very well. However, I do not think it is worth the money if you come with the food because the food supply is somehow limited and you need to get the first head to get most of the food. The boat is good and everything is clean. But the overall experience is just average.

What to know before visiting Guam

Guam at a glance: sun, sea and activities year-round

Guam is a compact island destination where Events & shows, Outdoor & sports activities and Water activities lead bookings, and visitors keep coming through most of the year. Demand peaks around January while late summer sees noticeably lower visitor numbers, so the island alternates between lively festival-style months and quieter stretches.

When to visit: busiest months and price patterns

According to Klook booking data, January is the busiest month and August is the trough for demand. Prices, however, don't exactly mirror demand: Klook data shows prices peaking in September while the lowest typical prices usually occur in April — roughly 30% below September levels. If you want smaller crowds and generally lower prices, consider visiting around April or the quieter late-summer months; for that peak-season island atmosphere and events, January is the time to go.

Tips for travellers from Malaysia

Most travellers from Malaysia typically book activities about five days ahead, with some booking as late as two days before and others planning up to around two weeks out, so you can be flexible when organising your trip. For peak months like January, lock in popular shows and water activities a bit earlier; for quieter months you can often book closer to travel dates. Use Klook to compare options and secure tickets or tours when you see ones that fit your schedule.
