Great

디럭스 트윈룸 · 1 Adults · 3 Nights

The staff were nice and friendly, and overall, it was a decent hotel. However, the biggest downside was the water. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like something rotten. The smell was bad enough to make me wonder if something had gotten into the hotel’s water tank. Other than the water issue, it was a fairly decent and comfortable stay.

Great

Premier Suite · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

The hotel staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, was friendly. Our room was clean and cozy. The AC kept the room cold (which is nice for Guam). There was only one bath towel upon our arrival, which wasn’t a huge deal but just surprising since there was two of everything else. A couple of hand towels and washcloths would’ve been useful. Concerning the safe in our room: we followed the instructions several times, and the safe wouldn’t lock, so we weren’t able to use the it for our valuables; it may need some sort of maintenance or repair. Overall, we a comfortable stay.
