Reviews
The venue is located on the beach of the Westin Hotel. Some people may get lost, but when they get close to the venue, a staff member will ask, "Are you here to book a tour?", so it was easy to find. The first explanation can be explained carefully by a Japanese person. A local person taught us how to row the kayak and snorkel in English. He spoke a little Japanese and was a cheerful person, so the tour was very enjoyable. You can't bring your own smartphone on the tour, but the staff member will take lots of photos with his camera and send them to you by AirDrop at the end. (Additional charges apply) It was a very fun tour! The turtles were cute too!
It was a great experience! The shop is located on the beach at the Westin, so it's easy to find. You can check the size of the things you need, such as life jackets, fins, and goggles, and rent them on the spot. They will look after your luggage while you are participating in the activity, so you can participate with peace of mind. We were blessed with good weather on the day of the activity, so we were able to enjoy kayaking and snorkeling. We were also able to see 3-4 sea turtles, which was very satisfying! For an additional $10, you can get digital underwater photos, which are more beautiful than the naked eye, so I recommend them! Our guide, Namio, was also very cheerful and made the tour a great memory.
It was awesome! ! ! ! ! Because it was my first time snorkeling and I was participating alone, I was very nervous and anxious before departure, and I was always worried that the water would be too deep and it would be scary. But the boss and the diver were very warm and friendly to help me. I had a lot of fun and really saw turtles 🐢 and even dolphins 🐬! The water in Guam is very clear, so even in the slightly farther waters, you can clearly see the corals and creatures on the seabed. The life jackets and snorkeling equipment are very professional and feel very safe. In short, it is a very wonderful experience for me who has lived in a big city since I was a child! Highly recommended to everyone who comes to Guam, really don't hesitate 👍🏻
If you've come all the way to Guam, you definitely want to see sea turtles! But I found this tour while worrying that boat tours out to sea are expensive and I might get seasick. I only brought a minimal amount of cash, about enough for tips, but they said I could get underwater photos via AirDrop for $30, so I went back to get cash after the tour. People staying at hotels further away may need more cash. I was very satisfied with the tour itself. My child panicked at first because it was too deep when they got into the sea from the kayak, but by the end they said they wanted to do it again.
The site is easy to access. It is at the beachfront of Westin hotel. Wlak from the entrance to the pool area and you arrive at beach, the office is on your right. Our guide was Hery. He took us to the site via Kayaks, very active and friendly. The instructions were very clear and he ensure the safety. i would recommend any first timer to try this activity. you do not need to bring any thing. We could see many turtles. many were sleeping and there was a big one that we could see very closely, though, wild life siting, depends mainly on luck. Apart from turtles, we met with my fish groups and enjoyed our time snorkeling around.
Since there happened to be no other participants, it became a private tour. The staff member accompanying us was kind, and the Japanese owner was also friendly. The meeting place is within the Westin Hotel's private beach, and you can leave your luggage there (I think it should be kept to a minimum!). We were also able to encounter sea turtles, and as an option, we had some wonderful photos taken with a GoPro. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!
I participated alone, but the instructor was kind and it was a lot of fun. I also got to see some sea turtles, so it was a great memory. Thank you very much.
location is within the parameter of Westin hotel beach and very secured. guide is very friendly. as it was the first time snorkel for us and we felt very comfortable with PADI
I was grateful that the local staff were very kind and helpful in teaching my friends who were snorkeling and canoeing for the first time. We were very satisfied with the many photos they took for us! Thank you!
The sea was great, and my guide was great, but the owner was really... I arrived at the hotel early and couldn't find the place, and there was no prior contact. In the end, the hotel staff took me there. The Japanese owner said, "I thought you weren't coming." Being late is a no-go. Taking photos costs $20 and you must wear a life jacket. The beach is really beautiful and there are small sharks, but I suggest not buying the tour in advance. The actual purchase location was super hard to find.
