The hotel's breakfast is Tully coffee, which is delicious. The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk. The nearby restaurants close early, so please be aware of that. Every time I entered and exited the parking lot, the staff quickly came to help, which is commendable.

For the fireworks festival, the value for money was excellent! You don't need to go to the beach; you can watch the fireworks perfectly from your room, which is fantastic! Not to mention the unlimited coffee, juice, and even a variety of alcoholic beverages. The room also has a microwave, so if you're hungry, you can buy microwaveable food at a convenience store near the hotel, which is super convenient! On the day of arrival, we couldn't check in initially because we didn't receive the password. Klook couldn't connect me to an online agent, but I called Rakuten's service staff, who were very helpful in resolving the issue and arranging our room for the next day. We didn't have to check in/check out again or find a place to store our luggage, so the service was excellent. The hotel is very close to the beach and accessible by bus. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a physical front desk or a place to store luggage, so if you arrive early or want to leave later, you'll have to find a place to store your luggage yourself. Otherwise, I highly recommend it based on my experience!

This hot spring hotel is conveniently located on the main coastal road, making it easily accessible for those driving, and it has parking available. The rooms offer clear views of both sunrise and sunset, and the wooden bathtub on the balcony provides a relaxing experience where you can enjoy a hot spring bath while admiring the sea view. There are also plenty of private onsen options available; you can use any that are unoccupied, offering a high degree of privacy. The staff are very friendly and dedicated, making an effort to explain things using Google Translate to ensure guests understand the hotel facilities and various benefits. The provided dinner and breakfast are both plentiful and delicious.

Serina was our guide, she was very professional, attentive and helpful, she made us feel welcomed and being taken cared of! Even though we did not got to take the cable car due to strong wind, we did get a 1000 yen refund for it.Atami firework is a once in a life experience , i for sure won’t forget about it. I highly recommend this tour! My feet finally can take a little break from all the walking.

Our tour guide, Sakura, is really like Sakuragi Hanamichi from Slam Dunk! 😂😂😂 He can freely switch between Chinese, English, and Japanese, which is amazing. His explanations of the sights were precise, and he knew exactly what kind of stories I wanted to hear. 😁 Our driver, Mr. Wang, also had excellent driving skills, and I slept very well on the bus. Seeing the fireworks from the boat requires a lottery, and unfortunately, our group drew second to last, so we couldn't get a good spot to watch. A friendly reminder: the view of the fireworks from the top deck is obstructed by the ship's equipment, so maybe the stern of the second deck would be the best viewing spot (but I'm not sure if every boat has the same setup).

Yoyo was our Tour Guide. We enjoyed the Scenary and fresh air. Unfortunately it was a long weekend so many locals also visited the Sites like Omuro and traffic was heavy to Omuro/ Ito City and back to Shinjuku. In general Yoko handled the situation and reminded tourist to be on time and assisted in making the tour experience smooth. Our Driver was an experienced Chinese man who knew the roads pretty well. He took short cuts to skip some roads with heavy traffic so we can get back to Shinjuku sooner than later. Thank you

This day trip was amazing! Our guide, Yuan, was professional and friendly, and the driver was thoughtful and reliable. The meeting time and location were clearly explained, and they provided support via WhatsApp throughout the day, which was reassuring. The entire tour was in Chinese, and the time spent at each stop was more than enough, making the itinerary very comfortable. The main attractions were absolutely beautiful! First, we went to Lake Ashi to take pictures, and every angle was incredibly photogenic. Then, we visited Hakone Shrine to pray and admire the classic torii gates and lake views. The biggest surprise was the Atami fireworks! ✨ There was no one blocking our view on the steps, and the fireworks exploded right in front of us. I couldn't get enough of watching and taking pictures! There was also time to shop and try local snacks. The whole trip was fulfilling and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Excellent day tour and save the time on public transport. Arakurayama park, Mount Fuji Ropeway and Oshino Hakkai.

A very enjoyable day trip to Izu despite the long travel time of 3h each way. The itinerary was packed but we spent a good 2h at the zoo and had a great time feeding the capybara and giraffes! Another highlight was the Mt Ozumo ropeway with a nice hike at the top.
