Happy Hour deals
That’s right, the much-anticipated Universal Studios Japan Buy 1 Free 1 deal will be back! Due to high demand, there won’t be just one but TWO Happy Hour timeslots for Universal Studios Japan B1F1. As always, there are only limited quantities so many sure you take note of the timings stated below.
Aside from Universal Studios Japan, there will also be another Happy Hour timeslot for selected Japan travel passes. To find out which pass it is, make sure to come to our event and check it out!
Happy Hour Timeslots:
The Happy Hour deals are available on a first come, first serve basis. Hence, queues may start forming earlier due to high demand for the deals. As a friendly reminder, let’s all make sure everyone is mindful and courteous to others.
On-site purchase & collection for selected Japan travel passes
We’ll also be doing onsite purchases and collection for selected JR Passes and the Osaka Amazing Pass. No need to wait for your JR Pass in the mail or worry about the Osaka Amazing Pass counter closing before your flight lands!
Do note that onsite collection in Tokyo Street, Pavilion KL for your JR Pass and Osaka Amazing Pass are only available for bookings made on 28 June to 30 June 2019. We will also be giving a special discount on selected Japan travel passes for those who purchase onsite, limited on a first come first serve basis!
IMPORTANT: You can collect your JR Pass 3 hours after your booking has been confirmed. Do allow some time for us to process and print your pass. Same day collection is valid only on bookings made from 10am to 6pm.

Follow this step-by-step guide to purchase and collect JR Pass onsite:
- Select preferred JR Pass (applicable only for the ones listed above)
- Select “Malaysia Mail Delivery”
- Put “Pavilion KL” in the Address field
- Insert promo code if you received an event-exclusive promo code or if have a promo code to use
- Insert payment details to complete your booking
- Pick up your exchange order after 3 hours* at the Klook JR Pass booth at Level 6, Tokyo Street

Even if you’re not travelling to Japan, you’d want to join us at the Tokyo Street takeover event! Event comers can get 25% off voucher on Klook activities valid for all destinations. There are limited quantities available, so do come early to get the discount voucher. Simply look for a Klook staff and ask them about the ‘25% off voucher’. We’re giving them out only during the 3 days of the event, so you definitely don’t want to miss out on this awesome deal.
