I booked a parent-child hotel with a duck theme. The environment was comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The toilet was fully automatic, and the bathroom water temperature was excellent. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious. My only minor complaint is that the swimming pool wasn't very large. However, for children, the ball pit and pool were sufficient to keep them entertained. The hotel also offered DIY craft activities, which helped pass the time. Additionally, if you order takeout, many places either don't deliver or charge extra. I recommend eating before returning to the hotel.🤣

it is a joyful experience for spending a night at this blissful 3 bedroom villa with friends. The villa is spacious and we specially like the Japanese style tea room in the living area. The hotel’s lobby is tastefully decorated and staffs are efficient and friendly. They always responded to our requests promptly especially Steven who is very enthusiastic and help us to reserve a room at the Chinese restaurant for dinner . The dishes are delicious with nice presentation. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a variety of choice and tastes good also. All in all, it’s worth to be back next time.

Wow! That's the first reaction from my family! indeed, the hotel is wonderful, service is tip-top, they did best to serve and make sure guests were treated well! This hotel package comes with a BBQ set meal! It's worth it! The taste is great! The environment is nice! Thank you Molly for taking care of us! There was also a male waiter (forgot his name) who gave us 12 bottles of beer! It's a pity that we only stayed for two nights! We will definitely come back next time!

Due to the epidemic, the opening was delayed for several years, so the facilities are still in a fairly new state. The room is very large, especially the tatami area, which gives it a sense of space. It is indeed a resort. The most recommended thing is that the room has a large balcony and a large deck chair, which is perfect for staring at the scenery outside. This package also comes with admission tickets to the hot springs for two people. The environment is very good and there are various hot springs. There are not many people when you go there at night, so you can fully enjoy the comfortable hot springs and saunas!

The hotel facilities are quite good! However, for a hotel belonging to the Banyan Tree group, the staff service didn't meet expectations! On the day we checked in, we asked the reception staff to help us book a restaurant table. She immediately refused, telling me to book it myself and stating that they don't provide this service, which was a bit disappointing. Then, on the night we checked in, it was drizzling, and we took a buggy from the main building to another building, but they dropped us off at the wrong building. Since it was dark, we didn't realize the mistake until we took the elevator up to the 6th floor. This wasted our time, and we had to walk back to our hotel room in the rain. I was really upset by this! What kind of service is that? It was quite disappointing. The Chinese restaurant within the hotel is worth praising; it was delicious, especially the pickled fish and crispy fried chicken.

I recently stayed at the Angsana and had a very good experience. The environment was quiet and made me relax instantly. The villa is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel has a spa, gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi, which adds more fun to our vacation. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very rich. It was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended 👍🏻

Very cool! This time I booked a great villa at a great price and enjoyed first-class service! The hotel environment really feels like a vacation in Southeast Asia. Although it is far from the lobby, there is a car to pick you up every time👏🏻You can also enjoy the super signature spa, great! This time it was to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it left very unforgettable memories! Special thanks to the little housekeeper Lucy for the arrangement, which was very attentive and appropriate! Highly recommended!

Overall not a low price for hotel in China, but with all the free activities and the horse riding experience, it's well worth the price. Hotel staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. However, it was not a prime location.

Great experience, new and clean hotel, we have the two bedroom villa package and it was a wonderful family vacation. The BBq set is good value for money, on top of the set, they gave us twelve bottles of beer, two pitchers of fresh juice and a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine! The free minibar is also very impressive - go check it out!

The service at this hotel is amazing! The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of delicious foods; the indoor pool is comfortable and the water temperature is perfect; the rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent bathtub facilities, making for a fantastic stay. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the overall service is attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!
