The view is of the Hengqin campus of the University of Macau and the Hengqin campus of the Macau University of Science and Technology. You can see the Hengqin Bay Hotel, spaceships and Spaceship Hotel. The front desk helped to upgrade the room to a river view room, which is facing the University of Macau and Legend Plaza. The sound insulation is very good, I didn't hear any noise all night long, the bed is very comfortable, the room is not very big, but not very small, enough for two adults to walk around without giving up their seats. Afternoon tea time in the cafe is until 5:30 pm. For dinner on weekdays, the restaurant only has food from the a la carte menu. There is no buffet dinner or set dinner. There are more choices for dining out on your own. The buffet breakfast is enjoyed in the restaurant, with both Chinese and Western styles, a variety of styles, very delicious, and there are quite a lot of seats in the restaurant. Service: We checked in at about 4:30 pm on a weekday. We were originally assigned to a room on the 34th floor. The staff told us that the room had been cleaned, but we needed to ask the staff to verify and check again. We were asked to go to the coffee shop to enjoy afternoon tea first. Went to the room, but later the staff said there was something wrong with the room originally arranged on the 34th floor, so we moved to the room on the 31st floor. This was not a big problem; however, I thought there was no problem in the room, but when I took a shower, I found bottles of shower gel and shampoo. They were all empty, with not a drop in them; and the moisturizer was almost gone. However, after notifying the hotel, the staff quickly came to replace it and apologized. Room view: Living on the 31st floor, the room type is a DoubleTree River View Room. The curtains will open automatically when you open the door and step into the room. The view is very open and there are no buildings blocking the view. Room facilities: The facilities are very new, very clean and hygienic. The bed and bedding are also very comfortable, but the temperature of the air conditioner cannot be adjusted to a lower temperature. It is too hot and sweaty to sleep with a down quilt, and it feels cold without a quilt. The hotel WiFi is very smooth and fast, which is very good. However, the height of the TV is a little lower. The glass in the bathroom has a self-adjustable mist function, which is very interesting. But a hairdryer is just average. In addition, the swimming pool has not been renovated and is not open to the outside (points deducted). The gym is open 24 hours a day, so you just need to use your room card to enter the gym.
