The hotel is a brand, the food is high quality, fresh, and varied, and the rooms are clean and spacious! Restaurant server Yuna provided excellent and attentive service, highly recommended! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay!

The facilities are insufficient, and the hotel staff are not familiar with their duties. Upon check-in, I was informed that my Klook booking could not be found. The twin room did not have a bathtub. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but the afternoon tea was quite disappointing.

The hotel is very new and I was pleasantly surprised by the birthday cake. The meal for two was very filling, the welcome fruit platter was generous, and plenty of drinking water was provided. Cleanliness: There were insects. Service: Very polite.

We contacted Klook customer service to inform them it was a birthday celebration. The customer service representative helped us contact the hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel proactively upgraded our room and added some decorations. We received a birthday cake, but it took some time for it to be delivered, likely due to staffing shortages. The breakfast was quite substantial. As for the location, it's close to Ocean Park, but a bit far from the main shopping malls, requiring about a 30-minute taxi ride. This was a minor inconvenience.

The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were polite and provided excellent service (special thanks to Jupiter for the thoughtful arrangements 👍🏻). The food at Nest Restaurant was mediocre, and the breakfast area was a bit cramped with limited options, which could be improved. Transportation convenience: Not very convenient, as you need to take a vehicle for all travel.

Zhuhai's newest hotel, truly living up to the InterContinental Group's reputation. It's beautiful, grand, clean, and comfortable. Hotel location: It's in a new district, so there aren't any large shopping malls or restaurants nearby yet. The closest ones are about a 10-minute taxi ride away.

Cleanliness: It was acceptable, but for a new hotel, some signs of wear and tear were already visible. Location: There isn't much nearby; it's a bit out of the way. Service: Special arrangements were made for a birthday.

Very new hotel, helpful customer service.

First, we arrived at 4 PM, and our room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. Upon entering the room, there was a strange, lingering odor, perhaps due to humidity or the cleaning products used. The breakfast selection was average. The pool and gym were quite small. The pillows were too soft, and when I called the front desk at night, no one answered. One visit was enough!

This stay was for one night in a boutique room. The room had a shower and a spa bathtub. Since it's newly opened, everything is practical and aesthetically pleasing. The view was spacious from the 15th floor, and the 17th floor has the rooftop pool and gym. The surrounding amenities are still under development.
