The hotel service we booked through your Klook platform included a variety of complimentary activities: an exquisite afternoon tea, two cocktails in the evening, and a free half-hour on a water bike. Other platforms did not offer these great perks. The hotel's breakfast was relatively rich and diverse. This hotel is actually a bit out of the way, requiring a taxi ride of more than ten minutes to get to dinner or shopping malls. However, the hotel's internal facilities include a swimming pool and a gym, but no sauna. There is a children's play room, and the property is very clean and well-maintained. Every room offers a distant lake view.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping attendant was also very attentive. My children were very happy to see the ball pit and the swimming pool. I just felt that adding breakfast was a bit expensive. Even though the front desk staff told me that Meituan offered a better deal, there was no children's price, so I still felt it wasn't as cost-effective. Kent, the lobby manager, was very friendly and asked for our feedback on our stay. I mentioned that the hotel is a bit far from the mall and there are no convenience stores nearby, so we couldn't buy ice cream or snacks. Everything else was great.

Their work ethic is commendable! The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but the schedule is infrequent. We had an unpleasant experience: we had pre-booked seats for 8:00 PM from Hengqin Port back to the hotel. When we arrived at the station at 7:50 PM, the bus was already parked with its engine off, and the driver (we later realized it was him) was smoking nearby. Five minutes after the scheduled departure time, we called the hotel to inquire if there was a bus back to the hotel. Only after the hotel notified the driver did he get on the bus and start it. This level of service was disappointing.

However, there was a conference recently, and the mall was closed, so we had to go through the parking lot to get to the pier, which felt a bit unsafe. The breakfast was also very generous. Most of the staff spoke Mandarin, which led to some communication difficulties.
