What to expect
We’ll pick you up early and travel to Lipah Beach on the east coast of Bali. Here, we’ll board a traditional boat for a ride across to crystal clear waters to Amed Wreck, one of Bali’s greatest snorkel and dive sites. An abundance of colourful marine life can be seen here daily including parrot fish, turtles and manta rays. The colourful coral growing across this sunken ship is a sight to see in itself.
Before the day’s up, we’ll take you to a second impressive snorkel spot, Vienna Beach. With white sand and calm waters filled with unique marine life, this is paradise to a T!
After you’ve had your fill of snorkelling and tucked into a tasty lunch at a local restaurant (own expense), we’ll begin the return journey to your accommodation.

Reviews
we had an amazing day! we were picked up from our hotel in ubud around 6am and drove to the east coast. we had our own long boat and guide and snorkling gear was provided. we snorkled at 4 stops: the ship wreck, coral reef, turtle point and sunken temple. the sea life was amazing. we saw turtles, schools of amazing colourful fish. we stopped for lunch on the way back and had an absolutely great day.
Even though the distance from Jimbaran to Amed was longer than expected, the driver was friendly and provided a safe pick-up and drop-off service. Also, in terms of snorkeling, I've been to a few places, including the Blue Lagoon, but I think Ahmed was the best. I go snorkeling at 2 points, but Amed Point has more fish and is much prettier than the beach. It's okay for men, but for women, sunburn can cause burns, dizziness, and even vomiting, so be sure to apply sunscreen and snorkel. Aqua shoes are not required, but are recommended. There are not many currents at Amedrang Beach, and snorkeling is done in spots, so you can enjoy it without pressure. I took a local boat and the captain was friendly and I recommend it. I was hesitant to apply because there were no reviews, but personally, I highly recommend it.
A great shipwreck snorkeling experience. The diving guide is great. The two dive sites are very rich. The shipwreck is very close to the shore. It is a safe activity.
1. Most of the time listed on the schedule is travel time, and in reality, snorkeling lasts less than 2 hours.
