Batik Drawing and Coloring Workshop in Kuala Lumpur

love this kind of activity!! instructor was friendly and professional (15 years of experience, wow!) we get to choose our own design or u can make your own, then paint however you like. we decided to pick up the following day to fully experience the batik process. truly recommended

A good experience even if u not artist. Good and welcome service. Can choose ur favourite template and u paint over it. Guide will show how using hot wax and dye. The finished product can bring home. I love this amazing and cultural activity.

The shop is easy to find. The staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time learning batik painting, and I really enjoyed the process - especially the drawing, waxing, and coloring parts. I highly recommend you try it! I’ll definitely come back again the next time I’m in KL.

staff are phenomenonal. I went back following day to pick up my art as I wanted to do traditional way by getting the wax removed. couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. Staff were super helpful and it was lovely watching them create their work.

The staffs there were so friendly and patience in guiding us through the process. They even let us continue a bit more of the time. The whole batik colouring process was amazing and fun. They even helped to wash and frame it which need to be collected after a week or else you can just bring back the arts without washing with chemical

It is a very good experiential itinerary. It is recommended to try it when you come to Kuala Lumpur. However, it has the following disadvantages: ① The location is relatively remote. It takes about an hour to paint but 5 hours to complete the subsequent works. It is recommended to arrange to eat nearby or go shopping in the square, otherwise It’s a hassle to pick it up. ②Hot wax is very difficult to control. It is recommended to draw thick lines and simple patterns. In addition, it is suggested that the organizer can provide small pieces of cloth for trial use, and it would be better for people to see the difference between dry and wet colors!

such an excellent activity! they provide all the equipment needed and (thankfully) stencils to make your design! plus if you’re not great they help go over the lines once you’re done so your design will always look good!

It was a really great experience for me and my better half . We booked this for Valentine’s Day and it was definitely worth it . Super friendly staff and we get to take back our art as well .
