Turtle Island, Glass Bottom Boat, Mangrove Cruise by JTB Indonesia

The guide was so kind, the tour was well-organized, and it was the perfect tour for a family. I especially loved the mangrove forest, which I wasn't expecting, and the tea time there was great. However, there was a lot to see on Turtle Island, but the hygiene wasn't great. Aside from the turtles, it was great to see and touch other animals that you wouldn't normally encounter.

very amazing tour. Our tour guide Mr Gus was amazing and educated us on the everything. we learnt so much and had so much fun and they helped every step of the way. even tho it was raining at some points they still made it a fun experience. money well spent

The staff were all very kind, which made us feel safe and allowed us to really enjoy ourselves. The only downside was that the waves were high when we went snorkeling, and two of the five of us got seasick and had to quit early. Of course, that's just the nature of things! I highly recommend the option where a professional photographer takes photos and videos of your group. It's worth the extra cost – we were amazed by how well the photos turned out. We didn't have to worry about taking pictures ourselves during the tour, so we could enjoy it even more. I also thought the price was reasonable.

Mr. Simon and the team were amazing. There was not a moment throughout the day that my partner and I did not feel care for and well looked after. The team worked well together, creating a fun, exciting, and engaging atmosphere. The team was quick to encourage engagement and offer photo opportunities. The tour itself was well planned and offered a day full of variety . There was a spout of rain, however the team did everything to ensure we remained safe and enjoyed our time. There is nothing that I would change about the tour.

Our tour guide Simon was great to be around and very charismatic! He made sure all we needed was covered and helped make our day really enjoyable!

The mangrove tour was not possible due to the G20 event, but we did not receive any advance notice. Progress guides are also informed by the cops around. No refunds or replacement programs even though the tour was canceled
