Great experience for kids. Fun activities and challenging for kids below 3 years old. Convenient restroom for kids withing the playground. Comfortable waiting area. Friendly staffs.

Nice place for kids to burn their energy. My son keep climbing up and down like ninja for hrs. As a parents, they have a place for you to seat and chill while waiting for ur kids.

Brought my daughter and her group of friends on school holiday. This place has always been her favorite and she’s happy that she get to play here with her friends. Spacious enough to run around and we receive good services from the staff everytime we came. Excellent place for parents to let their children play safely and happily.

came on weekdays, not much ppl. spent for about 5 hours here. my son loved it very much. guardian can re-entry, thts great. u can just leave ur kids as there were staff supervising the kids & will call u if theres emergency. also, they have cafe inside, but only accept cash. baby room also nearby, same floor with this playground. worth every penny. definitely recommended 👍🏻

My kids are really enjoying. They are very excited about the ball dropping from the top. They playing and don’t want to come out.

i m very unhappy when arrived the counter only tell that this is not a whole day pass, we only can play 3 hours. Klook should have written in the advertisement!

I saved around 28% by booking on klook, including by redeeming whatever points I had to get an even more discounted price. otherwise it would been a flat 11% discount or so. I was informed that I’d need to pay additional RM8 for myself as an adult to accompany my 6 year old daughter, but when I was at the counter, they said, oh that’s old pricing, it’s RM10 now. This kind of interaction is almost always an unpleasant surprise, so I showed my displeasure and asked that they please update klook accordingly and she said she’d notify them. my daughter definitely enjoyed her time there so that’s good. there were marshals present to ensure the experience is pleasant for everyone. I’d say the attractions are well suited for my kid , you can shoot balls out, have balls shower on you from above, and of course there’s a ball pit with some sensors that are able to detect when you throw the balls at the wall to hit aliens and so on . It’s interesting. drinks for 2 cost around RM8 so bear that in mind. oh and if you brought a bag, you can’t go into the play area with it, so best be prepared to pay for the locker use as well at around RM8 for 6 hour rental. I stayed only for less than 2 hours overall as my daughter said she wanted to go and have some macarons 😅. her band was cut upon leaving so that was the end of our starship journey.

Great experience! My sister and my son love it. Easy to redeem and you just need to pay for adult price only.
