Penghu Water Sports: SUP & Bounce Pack & Sea Slide & Sea Diving

It’s not bad. It’s highly recommended to go in the morning. There’s a beach next to it. Make sure you go early and go to the beach first. It’s also cooler. It’s a great arrangement to have a meal just after 11.40.

If you want to come to Penghu for water activities, I highly recommend it. The boss is very nice! There are slides and trampolines, really recommended

At 8 o'clock in the morning, there are fewer people and you can monopolize the sea. The content of water activities is different from many other places. It’s not that you can only use motorcycles to pull inflatable swimming laps of various shapes. It’s very special. You can enjoy activities like variety shows. It’s super fun, the coaches are super good, the facilities are safe and diverse. There is a place where you can shade and provide great drinking water, so you must come and play

You can play in the water near the Guanyin Pavilion in the urban area of Penghu, and you don’t need to take a boat to save a lot of transportation time. Remember to bring your mobile phone and waterproof bag to take pictures, the coach may not have time to take pictures😅

First, we want to give positive feedback regarding Klook's follow-up response and handling. We were able to successfully obtain compensation mainly because the platform was willing to actively negotiate and address our concerns. However, this one-star rating is specifically for the vendor. We booked the August 6th tour on July 31st, but the vendor didn't contact us via email until the evening of August 5th. At that point, we already sensed something was wrong. Sure enough, the vendor mentioned that the tour "might be canceled due to insufficient participants." What's even more unacceptable is that the vendor didn't officially confirm the cancellation of our tour for two people "due to insufficient participants" until noon on August 6th, the day of the tour. This had a severely negative impact on us, as our entire day's itinerary was disrupted, and we had no time to make alternative arrangements. ⸻ ❌ Reasons for our dissatisfaction: 1. The booking page did not mention any minimum group size requirements or that the tour would be canceled if a certain number of participants was not met. 2. The vendor only contacted us the night before the tour, leaving us with no backup plan and severely disrupting our itinerary. 3. The vendor's attitude toward the impact on our trip was very passive, only responding that they "would process a refund through Klook," without addressing or taking responsibility for the issue. ⸻ I believe we are definitely not the first customers to encounter this type of situation. If it weren't for the Klook platform and their willingness to negotiate compensation, this loss would have been even more unacceptable. We strongly recommend that the platform carefully review this vendor to prevent more travelers from experiencing the same last-minute cancellations and dismissive treatment.

The coaches are great! I also borrowed our mobile phone to take pictures and videos. The sup equipment is very new, and the protection is also well done. The facilities are very interesting
