Perhentian Island - Kuala Besut Jetty Ferry

I took a taxi from Kota Bharu Airport, and when I showed the map to the driver, he immediately understood the location and took me there (^^) I had booked a boat that departed at 14:00, and when I arrived around 12:30 and was smoking a cigarette outside, a young lady came out and beckoned me, so I went over and she told me, "If you check in now, you can get on the 13:30 boat," so I was able to leave 30 minutes early. The staff at PERHENTIAN TRANS HOLIDAY, both the older lady and the younger man, were very kind and cheerful, and they communicated with me in broken Japanese and were all cheerful and wonderful people. I am truly grateful. Perhentian Island is the best island!! If you're going to Perhentian, I definitely recommend using this boat♫

I bought this round trip ticket. The flight to Kuala Lumpur was delayed by 4 hours from the original schedule, so I asked the lady if I could change the departure from Perhentian Island from 10:00 to 12:00, and she immediately changed it for me, which I am grateful for (*´∀人) She also told me that the shared bus to Kota Bharu Airport was 30MYR per person, so I made a reservation when I checked in on the way there, and the journey to the airport was smooth. boat were on time and the pic help us to get on the right boat. after few incidents of boat capsized in perhentian, booking via klook was the best decision to avoid taking unlicensed boat with no safety measures. everyone is compulsory to weat life jacket including kids. then boat ride was smooth too thanks to the weather and well experience boatman. highly recommend to book both return boat transfer to secure your seats.

Redeeming at Seven Seas is very convenient and fast. The office also has restrooms and water dispensers available, and the boats are ok.

Took the 12:00 PM ferry from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut. Arrived at the jetty around 11:40 AM, as advised to be there 10–15 minutes earlier. The ferry actually left at 12:10 PM. Staff were pretty helpful—they helped carry our luggage and made sure everyone had a life jacket. Reached Kuala Besut at 12:45 PM, so the whole ride took about 35 minutes. Weather was sunny and really nice, which made the trip smooth and enjoyable.

it's good. great services. great assistance. but the boat did not arrive at the scheduled time and was too late so I had to wait a long time at the jetty. I booked the boat at 1pm but arrived almost 2 pm. The same goes for the return boat, I booked the boat at 12 but arrived 1 pm. however, i do enjoy the snorkeling trip. i had to see baby shark, turtle and fishes.

The boat rides with Perhentian Trans Holiday Sdn. Bhd. are generally smooth and punctual with a few bumpy rides due to wave action. Very good experience with this agency, staffs are helpful and friendly, especially Nufy, she is always there to help with clear communication.
