Yufuin & Kamado Jigoku & Tenmangu Shrine One Day Tour from Fukuoka

There were two of us and three other group members, a group of five people and the driver. The space of the seven-passenger car was comfortable. We departed from Fukuoka and went to Yufuin → Kujugiri Bridge → Kurokawa Onsen. The driver was punctual and polite and spoke a little English. It was densely foggy and rainy that day. , it is worthy of praise to the driver for his super skill in driving up the mountain, and to the Jiuchongwu Bridge with 9 twists and 13 turns🌁, I admire the driving skills in my heart. There is an uncle who drives us and takes us to each point and will tell us when we have to search the car. We think it's good, but we don't have a guide, we think it's not necessary. The driver is kind and speaks Japanese. Cadka tries to use English.

Driver was punctual on picking us at meeting place. Though he can’t speak English well, he tried his best and wrote down the return timings at each attraction before dismiss us. Though it’s a rainy day but we Enjoyed this trip the beautiful autumn leaves.

The itinerary is very fulfilling. The driver, Mr. Asaya, is kind and polite. Although he only understands Japanese, he still tries to use the translation app to communicate with us, which is very good! Yufuin is a very worthwhile place to visit, but the stay time is too short, only 120 minutes, which is not enough. We can't walk the whole shopping street at almost a brisk pace and don't have enough time to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kinrinko Lake. It's a pity. The Jiuzhongmeng Suspension Bridge is very magnificent. The weather was very good that day, and you can clearly see the beautiful scenery of the mountains and rivers. Since we didn't experience the hot springs at Kurokawa Onsen, we only stayed for about 50 minutes before leaving. It is suggested that the itinerary is just to arrange a meeting place (for example, all participants gather at Hakata Station at 9 o'clock), so that they can start one hour earlier and have more time in Yufuin. In addition, because these attractions are far away from Hakata/Tenjin, I would like to thank Mr. Asaya again for picking us up for a long time that day and sending us to our destination safely.

The departure time was delayed, and everyone in the bus got off the bus and changed cars at the last bus departure station. We were stuck in traffic for an hour on the expressway. The first scenic spot had a delay of 2 hours, but the sightseeing time was not shortened at all, resulting in the longest stop at the second stop. The expected maple leaf attraction, Kuju Yume Bridge, was closed when we arrived. We could only take photos here and there in the parking lot. Then, when we arrived at the next stop, Kurokawa Onsen, it was already 1700 but we still had to stay for two hours because the hot spring hotel would not pick us up. We went to the hot springs, and the tourist information center was already closed. It was cold and rainy, and it took a long time to find only one footbath. Because there was no tour guide, even if someone murmured when we got off the bus, we didn't have to stop for that long, but we couldn't get the consensus of the whole car. It was almost 10 o'clock when we got back to Fukuoka. Got it⋯

Apart from traveling with a group, the Kokonoe Yume Bridge is only accessible by self-driving. It is very convenient to get in and out by car. Finally, I left the group at Kurokawa Hot Spring and stayed overnight, which saved a lot of time and fares. It’s so beautiful during the Zhongyou Lantern Festival!

There are only 5 people participating in the one-day tour this time. The driver can communicate in Mandarin and has a friendly attitude! It was raining heavily on the day of the trip, and the driving time between each scenic spot was very long! The itinerary of scenic spots is attractive, and the time to visit is sufficient!

Enjoyed the trip to Yufuin Village. The driver Mr Yuki is very nice and patient though he can't communicate in English.

It's good to have a special car to pick you up. The Kujongmu Bridge is very big and majestic, so you don't have much time to stay there. Just take a look and hurry away. There are very few restaurants in Yufuin, so we can only sweep the streets.
