- Delivery is available within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city limits only
- Important Note: Changing of delivery address or delivery time after the order has been confirmed will incur a surcharge of VND10,000 payable directly to the operator. Please make sure you input your final delivery details upon checkout to avoid extra charges
- Free shipping areas in Hanoi: Cau Giay, Dong Da, Thanh Xuan and Nam Tu Liem District
- Free shipping areas in Ho Chi Minh: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 10, Phu Nhuan District, and Binh Thanh District
- If delivery address is outside of the aforementioned shipping districts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, an additional surcharge of VND30,000 will apply and should be paid in cash directly to the shipper
- Delivery hours: 09:00am-19:00 from Monday to Saturday only
- The operator will contact you to reconfirm the delivery time
- Please indicate your address at the checkout page. The SIM Card will be delivered to you at least 1 day before your scheduled departure date
Activation procedure
- Plug the SIM card into your phone
- Turn on “Cellular Data” and "Data Roaming" setting of your phone
- Please read the instruction on the package for more details
- Validity starts when the SIM card is activated in Malaysia or Singapore
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- No refund will be issued for no-show
